Omega Hotel Agadir

Let me start by saying this hotel claims to be a 4-star. We arrived on a Tuesday evening for a 7-night stay. On the first day, there was no air conditioning (it was broken), the TV was broken, and they gave us one tiny shower gel for three people. On the second day, after complaining that we were cold, they gave us another room. We got back at 9 PM, settled in, and guess what? The AC was broken again, and so was the TV! They told us they'd bring a heater, but four days later, no heater, and we were freezing at night. The breakfast was very limited, with no savory options. The cold cuts were just a few slices of kosher sausage, and the orange juice tasted like watered-down… well, water. Their excuse was that there weren't enough guests, but the price remained the same! This 4-star hotel is a real disappointment; there are absolutely no services offered, just an outdoor pool with a black-tiled bottom from all the grime. The only positives are the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Every day, we saw guests complaining and getting angry at the front desk. I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel is showing its age. Breakfast and service were just average. Good value for money nonetheless.

The hotel is clean, and the housekeeping service is very kind and attentive, which is a big plus. However, the rooms are very dated and could really use a renovation. I was on the 3rd floor, directly below the rooftop/nightclub, and every night there was a tremendous amount of noise with the music blasting. For a hotel supposedly for sleeping, this was really problematic. The location is decent: about 20 meters from the start of the Corniche, a 40-minute walk to the liveliest part of the Corniche, and also about a 40-minute walk to the Souk, which is convenient. In summary, it's clean and well-located, but the noise and the outdated rooms clearly spoil the experience.
