Excellent hotel. Must congratulate the GM and his staff for my lovely experience. Food was very good. Room was very tidy. Will definately visit again. Would like to name a few Chef Rajiv, Shantanu, F&B Pradip, Pijush from restaurant Joydeep front housekeeping Syamsundari, Subhrajit & Biplab from reception

As per star standard the Ginger hotel is quite ok. Staffs behaviour is good, room cleanness, location is also ok. I suggest to provide room tissue box..bin may be large in size. I'll stay there while visiting Agartala. Also I stayed there before.

My stay was wonderful. Rooms were cosy and home-like. After tiring work throughout the day, the hospitality of the staffs of housekeeping as well as restaurant is bound to make you feel at home. Special mention goes about Nikhil, Runu and Ashesh for their caregiving job. These guys are the best.
