We stayed here for one night before an island hopping week long experience. It could be that the room we had is used for short stay however, it was not clean especially the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t work properly and the toilet was very dirty. Staff were welcoming and the pool area was pleasant. Breakfast was good.

It’s surprising to read negative reviews, as our experience — and that of our friends — was entirely different. Our standard room was lovely, with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. Everything was in good condition — the TV, hot water, and doors all functioned as they should. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful — a solid 10/10! Yes, there were some signs of wear and tear in parts of the room, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. In fact, considering the general condition of buildings around Corfu, this seemed quite normal :) The hotel’s location is also worth mentioning — it's conveniently close to restaurants and shops. A big thank you to the entire team — we had a very positive stay and would definitely come back. A solid 4-star hotel.

Just spent 10 very relaxing nights here had lovely comfortable room with a plunge pool on Balcony very refreshing in the afternoon room cleaned daily huge bed so comfortable with clean sheets, Bathroom was a little small but functional with good shower pressure, lovely views of sunsetting over the sea. Staff were lovely and so friendly and welcoming, Jenny bartender always service with a smile , Harris who organised a fabulous tasty buffet breakfast every day great choice of bacon scrambled eggs cold meats, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juices coffee tea, and Reception lady who organised a taxi for us one day and was so knowledgeable. There were always sun loungers each day no mad rush here and a great pool amazing to swim in, dip in. Fabulous Town close by has some lovely shops, and places to eat, and bakeries and Awesome long Beach that never felt crowded just a little walk with choices of Tavernas places to eat, we really enjoyed our stay here thankyou

Tranquil hotel in beautiful setting in lush grounds. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Pool is great with plenty of modern sunbeds and new umbrellas. The breakfast is self service with plenty to choose from with delicious pastries, fresh fruit, bread , yoghurt and cooked food. The star of the show is Jenny the friendly br tender. Was very anxious after seeing reviews at the end of last season but a lot of work has clearly been done to restore and renew. Would happily return.

Reviews are of course subjective, but the negative feedback related to Mr & Mrs White is, in my optimism, unfounded. From arrival, we found the staff to be helpful and professional. Our room had recently been decorated and therefore hadn’t had the main curtain returned. This was sorted for us. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, and the shower was equally large and well-equipped. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast at Mr & Mrs White is served until 11::30 which we found very flexible and appealing. The fresh options were plentiful and fresh, with the cooked selection being an added bonus. The outside area with pool is green and pretty, with plenty of shaded and uncovered beds. The hot tub was out of use, but this didn’t detract from our experience. The proximity to the town and beach makes the hotel a very good holiday choice. A great stay. Thank you to the staff.

What a disappointment !! Such a shame, could be such a great place! I have no clue how this is a 4 star!! Reception staff uninterested in dealing with issues. Room dirty and shabby! Cleaning service? What cleaning service!! We actually came back to clean towels thrown on an unmade bed. Broken TV! Broken patio door (which stayed that way despite being reported) Broken coffee machine ! Broken Hot Tub! Snack bar, no tomatoes!! We didn’t even try to use the pool or stay on site as we wanted to have a nice holiday!!The town is lovely, with great people and restaurants and shops. So stay at a different hotel if the area appeals to you.

The staff was amazing and gave great recommendations but the overall resort was very rundown and in need of repairs and updating. Pools although clean, they were freezing including the hot tub. There was no restaurant at the resort, you needed to walk into town. The TV in the room had no channels.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We found the room cleaners to be excellent. The whole place looks amazing in the photos but is clearly in need of a refurb and tidy up. Quite shabby in places. Breakfast was a generous choice but the hot offerings were always cold due to warmers being off for most of the time. Rooms need decoration and the furniture around the pool area was mouldy and showing signs of age and some rot. Friendly enough but short of the mark in terms of quality and smartness.
Our greeting by Spiros left a lot to be desired. We were given wrong information about room cleaning and then left us to find our own way to our room. He didn’t seem to want to leave his seat at the desk.
Overall, a little underwhelming but a lovely island all the same.

Filthy pool, eye watering expensive
Filthy pool, unusable due to never being cleaned and full of bugs, who do these people think they are how lazy can they be….its not as though it was in any way cheap
