Amazing stay! Super clean and organized. Staff goes above and beyond. Great beach and perfect for kids. Service was excellent and highly recommend this hotel!

What can I say - we have had the most amazing stay. From our arrival to our departure tomorrow the service has been exemplary. The food, the staff, the rooms have been excellent and I cannot fault anything. Nothing has been a problem and we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular. I cannot pick out one restaurant above the others as they have all been excellent as have all the lovely staff who have made us feel so welcome. The beach is amazing - the sea is lovely, the beach bar and showers an added bonus! I cannot fault any of it, we had a shared pool room which was immaculate. I cannot pick highly recommend a Pina Colada overlooking the sea! You will love it!

We spent our honeymoon at Domes Aulus Elounda and absolutely loved it. Huge thanks to George, the Operations Manager. Back in January, when we made our booking, we sent a bunch of questions and George personally replied to every email, patiently guiding us through everything and helping us feel confident about our choice. When we finally arrived, he welcomed us in person, remembered our conversation, and made us feel instantly recognized as Hilton members. The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and his warm, personal approach made all the difference. The view from our room was stunning, and the food at Greko Levante and Vatanne was honestly some of the best we had in Greece. This place has heart not just beautiful views and great food, but real people who make you feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

If your planning to stay at this hotel definitely stay in Cool Living section and request a room number 800 and above! Beautiful friendly hotel with fantastic veiws from the exclusive cool living infinity pool/bar/restaurant. Postives: * Fabulous staff *Delish Food *Lovley clean room everyday *Excellent cocktail menu, fantastic procecco 🥂 *Incredible weather ☀️ *Honeymoon package included... Fruit and a bottle of bubbles in room. Breakfast in bed for one morning. Spa massage for 2. Night out trip to the city. Wonderful free gifts in the room and on departure. * Grab and go drinks fridges we fab! Negatives: * Long wait for a pick up from the top of the hill if you missed the minibus. Mini bus every 30 minutes but hotel avertise golf carts when its actually mainly nissan cars taking you up and down. * Minimum day snacks in the cool living section but the main hotel bar at the bottom has an excellent selection if you can be bothered to travel down the hill. Cooling living guests should get the same snacks as paying more! *App to make restaurant reservations never worked for our whole trip. *Not all premium drinks are included as advised! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Book Cool Living!

I cannot reccomend this resort enough! We went as a couple and it was perfect - our room was gorgeous, we won the lottery with room 720 (Sapphire Zen Suite with Sharing Pool) - it was right by the infinity pool and restaurant area for Cool Living guests. The resort is beautiful, everything meticulously maintained, so many butterflies. I was surprised to find that even the buffet food tasted amazing and full of flavour! The resort was full apparently but it seemed so peaceful. The views are spectacular and the service was great. The only teething problems were that the food let us down one night in the main restaurant, the concierge were slow at sending a car (or not at all) and it took not 1 or 2 but 5 phone calls to get them to collect dirty plates with food that had been left outside our room - didn’t bother us as such, was more concerned about the animals getting to it. Also not an issue for some, but food was served so quickly that sometimes I felt like we didn’t get a chance to even relax and enjoy our meal.

My daughter and I stayed for four days at the fabulous Domes Aulus Elounda in Crete. We chose this resort as it was in the lovely Elounda area and because it was adults only and All Inclusive. The resort is set on a hill and sits in the bay of Elounda ( a stone throne away from the magical island of Spinalonga). We stayed in room 206 with a beautiful sea view balcony. The hotel has three restaurants including the buffet. I have to say the food is excellent with plenty to choose from at every outlet. Also the Asian and the Greek restaurant up on the cool living area are of a great quality. My daughter said one of the best sushi she ever had was at the Asian restaurant. The Greco Levante restaurant also offers fantastic food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were lucky to be able to try the Cool living area. The two infinity pools here are amazing with some of the best views. The staff at the hotel are all very polite and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to help you should you need to. We also didn’t find there was a problem in booking the a la carte restaurants. We booked few days before arrival. We didn’t have any problem in securing a sub bed in the morning and always managed to find a spot. The room has all the amenities you can think of including a Nespresso machine and beauty kits. The only thing we would like to see more beach towels by the pools. But otherwise a fantastic stay at this lovely resort which I would definitely recommend
