Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant facilities and fantastic menus in all the restaurants. Lovely sandy beach with plenty of loungers.Beautiful views all round the hotel complex. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Just home from an unforgettable week at Elounda Beach Hotel - honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Breakfast was unreal - we were excited for it every morning. The rooms had everything you’d need and the views over Elounda Bay were absolutely stunning. There are four different restaurants at the hotel so we had something new every night - loads of variety and everything we tried was delicious. The town is just a short walk away too - a really cute little fishing village with proper Greek vibes and great food. The beach was a dream. The sunbeds were super comfy and every morning someone came straight over to set up covers, give us fresh towels and a cold bottle of water - such a nice touch. But what really made the trip was the staff. They were honestly amazing - so friendly, helpful, and just lovely to be around. The only small issue we had was the air con in our room not working properly, but as soon as we told them, they had someone up to sort it straight away. Can’t recommend this place enough – already looking forward to next year!

Absolutely amazing stay at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas! The spacious villas with private pools are a dream come true – modern luxury meets natural beauty. We also loved the endless options for activities and relaxation: from water sports to spa treatments, there’s something for everyone. From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the outstanding service and warmth of everyone at the hotel. The entire team — from the friendly reception staff to the attentive restaurant crew and housekeeping — made us feel not only welcome but truly cared for throughout our stay. What stood out most was the proactive attitude of the staff. They didn’t just wait for guests to ask for something; they regularly checked in with us to see if anything was needed, always with a smile and a sincere willingness to help. It’s clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are their top priorities. A special thank goes to Lia and her team, whose dedication, professionalism, and personal touch elevated our experience even further. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness created a warm, inviting atmosphere that we won’t soon forget. Just returned from a week at Elounda Beach, and from arrival to departure the staff at the hotel can not do enough for you. Our room, in the spa building had a lovely view over the bay, was always spotless and the evening turn down service was a lovely extra. We used the private beach a few times and the beach staff were very attentive always there to set up your beds and umbrella. When you first arrive at the beach you are allocated sunbeds for the duration of your stay which is a nice touch and removes the daily chore of trying to find a bed each day. Also can't fault the beach bar staff, although the price of food and drinks at the hotel is expensive, but that is to be expected. Special mention has to go to the lady that works at the piano bar, we had a latte there before we departed and it was superb, and the little chocolates were devine. Definitely worth a visit. On our first day we hired a car from a wonderful lady at Green Motion, located at the hotel and cannot recommend her enough. If you are thinking of renting a car definitely go see her. The car was perfect for getting us out and about and her knowledge and advice about the car and also about the local area was superb. She couldn't do enough for you and we would definitely use her again. Would we stay at Elounda Beach again, yes.

Really lovely venue and location. Facilities at the hotel are excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful Could not have been better apart from the prices in the hotel for drinks and meals. We were on a B & B package and walked into the town most evenings. However we would have used the hotel restaurants and the bars if the prices were more reasonable

We were returning to Elounda, and to this hotel, after an absence of many years, and it was as good, or better, than we remembered. Everything about the hotel was excellent - accommodation, quality and variety of food available on site, general facilities and levels of service. The quality of all of the staff we met was outstanding in all respects. Try - all of them - are the very best advert for the hotel, and interacting with them - cleaners, gardeners, waiters through to hotel customer service staff - left us determined to return to repeat the wonderful experience we had there. Elounda has changed somewhat over the years but retains its charm, the beauty of its setting and the endless helpfulness, generosity and charm of its inhabitants. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful place.
