We had a fantastic time and can’t say enough good things! Everything was perfect – from the food to the beach, to the outstanding service. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a great mood. They all made us feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Katerina – she was always there for us, supported us with everything, and truly went above and beyond to make every wish come true. Thanks to her, my girlfriend’s birthday became an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We’re currently enjoying a perfect vacation at this amazing hotel in Crete, and I can’t recommend it enough! The *service is exceptional*, the *food is delicious*, and the entire place is *beautiful, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed* to create the perfect holiday experience. We booked an *all-inclusive deal*, and it truly includes everything – from tasty meals to great drinks and *unique cocktails* served throughout the day. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from the beach. But the real highlight of our stay is *Katerina*, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her personal attention, warmth, and care made us feel truly pampered. Thank you for an unforgettable stay – we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I are coming to the end of our 10 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We really do not want to go home. We have a swim up suite with a private garden and overlooking the beach. What a lovely room. We cannot fault it in any way. The food in the restaurants is incredible. Beautifully presented and tastes superb. All this is served by extremely friendly staff who speak so many different languages so never any problems. The hotel is spotlessly clean and extremely quiet and relaxing. We cannot wait to return. This will definitely go down as one of our favourite hotels. Thank you to everyone ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Eugina during my stay at the Kosta Alimia Hotel, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Eugina is exceptionally skilled, professional, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, she created a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic — she intuitively found areas of tension and worked through them with care and precision. I left the session feeling completely rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. Eugina not only excels in her craft but also brings a warm and kind energy that enhances the entire experience. If you're staying at Kosta Alimia, do yourself a favor and book a session with her. It's well worth it!

I booked a spa treatment with Maria and it was an amazing start to my vacation. She has golden hands and helped me to relax & get rid of my neck and back pain. I definitely recommend going to her! I overall recommend this hotel, the people are nice, the food is great and the service you get is excellent. I will definitely come back!

This hotel has captured my heart. Currently in resort and everything is just perfect. The dining options are stellar.. 5 a la carte restaurants serving up the most delicious cuisine. The staff are so very lovely as usual and the service is perfect. If anyone should complain about this glorious hotel, then they are either insane or desperately unhappy people! Thank you to the entire team and I will be back!
