Vintage Beach Resort

Please do not book this accomodation!! We are regular travellers in India so are aware of accomodation standards but this was NOT accepotable. Upon arrival we were shown to a room at the front which instantly smelt damp and had cupboard doors missing and a sagging ceiling. The Air Con was roaring on full or so we thought. Each time we went out it was cooler OUTSIDE?? We complained instantly and asked to change rooms. We were offered one the following day at the rear which was slightly better and didnt smell but ALL power went off at 0230 hours. No Air Con no hot water in the morning and NO STAFF present until approx 8am. Begrudgingly we paid and left and we would advise others not to bother !!

Well equipped spacious room with AC, individual balcony, good food, cosy pool, and attentive staff. Conveniently located to Agonda Beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Location of the property is near to the agonda beach and market, hotel staff helps in arranging scooty for rent, food menu is good, opt for breakfast while booking. Agonda in itself is quiet and peaceful l so good for relaxed stay, all other beaches are near by if you have scooty.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with this resort, particularly with how they handled my medical situation. Despite reaching out multiple times to request rescheduling due to genuine health issues, they showed no understanding or consideration. I was more than willing to cover any difference in cost for the new dates, but instead of working with me, they insisted on making a completely new booking, promising a discount which turned out to be false. The new booking cost was either the same or even higher than the original one. What made it worse was that even after providing medical documentation to support my request for a change, neither the resort nor the booking platform offered any assistance. The lack of flexibility and disregard for customer well-being is incredibly disappointing, especially given the circumstances. If you're considering booking here, I strongly recommend being aware that they do not prioritize customer service or medical-related concerns. It's very disappointing to see a resort with such little empathy or willingness to accommodate guests in need.
