Hotel was decent, slightly disappointed that this was the only “5 star” option in Agra, but certainly comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is a large 80’s style hotel set across spacious gardens close to all Agra has to offer. Large, palatial marble lined foyer with expansive hallways. Good sized, plush room with a/c and ceiling fan. Room has a fridge,safe, writing desk and two lounge chairs. Air conditioning struggled to get the room temperature below 23C but the ceiling fan was helpful. Water pressure was weak. We utilised the laundry services, which were quick, proficient and good value. The buffet restaurant was good quality - particularly the breakfast and dinner. As commented on earlier, the building is vast but both the upstairs bar and the buffet restaurant were both surprisingly small, making getting seating sometimes a challenge. They are currently undertaking some renovation works, which is happening quite unobtrusively, so I hope they remedy this in their refurbishment. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Is rated 5 star hotel but unfortunately the rooms are not. No hot water in the evening or in the morning so it meant cold showers. This should not happen in a 5 star resort, floor mat in room should be thrown out as it is disgustingly dirty. Others on level 1 also said they had cold showers. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were good with a good selection of food and a well presented dinning room. Resort has nice grounds and is peaceful and has well maintained gardens.

Stayed for one night as part of wider Golden Triangle Tour booked by Tour Operator. The hotel had lovely gardens and a nice pool area. Well worth a trip up to The Mughal Bar for a drink and the amazing view across to the Taj Mahal. We ate a delicious Indian meal in the hotel's Mughal Room Restaurant. The food and service was first class. The hotel was a little tired and dated in places, but welcoming and our room was comfortable and quiet.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, a very comfortable bed. There is a good selection of food cooked with Indian pride and excellent service given by Manoj and Divya in the dining area. We also availed of the spa area and had a lovely massage.

Hi folks, if you are looking for best hotel and service in agra then it’s the best ever place. Mr.mohit Joshi provided the best service and hospitality and care he took towards our parents made all of us very comfortable Food was good and calm place to stay .

Manoj and Divya are very nice persons, good hostess in every moment. The restaurant its delicious and all the amenities of the hotel like the bar and the pool . Thank you specially to Manoj and Divua there are nice in what they do. Excellent experience in Agra.

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly especially Ms.Divya and. Mr.Manoj creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the entire dining experience was exceptional, making it a truly memorable occasion.
