Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebengasse und ist daher sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Fotos. Jedes Zimmer hat unterschiedliche alte Klimaanlagen welche dementsprechend schlecht funktionieren. Der Duschkopf im Bad war verkalkt und schimmelig das kaum Wasser kam.
Der Hausbesitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war Sauber und Ansprechend. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu regulieren und für mich unbrauchbar. Der Duschkopf war mit grünen Ablagerungen verziert.. naja.. Der Chef war sehr freundlich und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.👍

The Orchid Retreat beyond my expections surpassed all 5 Star Brand name in every aspect. Vikram and his wife Sonali received us with a smiling face. I am USA/Canada and stayed all over the world in hotels but Vikrant Orchid made me so happy. Clean/Comfortable/Tidy all over and on top the customer service and care above 5 Star. I met his Dad who is retired from Banking sector also a good host. We will definitely visit again and all the travellers who are looking for a Five Star stay at average price please visit The Orchid retreat. You won’t be disappointed my guarantee. I stayed at the homestay for one night during my stay in Agra. All of the staffs were very hospitable. The room was clean and the food was great too. I wished I stayed in Agra longer because this homestay was amazing. I would definitely recommend here when staying in Agra!

We stayed in The Orchide Retrat 3 days. Such a great, kind family business. The rooms and the hotel is absolutelly clean and located in a quite area and very close to the Taj Mahal. The owner Vikrant is with his entire Family (his wife, sons, mam and dad) running the hotel for the full satisfaction of the customer. The food is very good particularly the sandwiches and the masala tea. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel who visits Agra.

Outstanding Service. Could not ask for more, always delivered what was required. Very helpful. Great attentive and supportive staff. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Taj. All staff members were polite and helpful. Rooms were nice.

A lovely hotel, the manager/owner is very helpful. You can order food and eat in the communal dining space outside your room which is very handy. Food was nice and not expensive. Room was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t noisy outside. Would definitely recommend
