I chose the hotel through the city's website, I liked what I saw and I thought the location was great. I made the reservation by phone with Raquel, who was very attentive. Once there, we paid the rest of the room (now it's like that in all hotels). We arrived at lunchtime and opted to have lunch there. Good food, great service. Excellent room with ceiling fan and air conditioning, which I didn't use because of the low temperature at night. Hot water in the shower and sink, fridge in the room, excellent cleanliness. All very friendly. breakfast with several bread options; always two types of cakes, coffee, teas and juices(2 types). Staff who were in the lounge during breakfast all, without exception, very attentive including the maids and reception. All congratulations.

My partner and I stayed on business for 3 days at this hotel, which, by the way, requires payment at the entrance for full board, a true double sale! However, the food is horrible, really bad, breakfast is simple, so much so that after trying to have lunch shortly after arrival, I promptly gave up on having it on the other days, as well as giving up breakfast! To complete the disgrace, there is also no hot water available for showering! A disgrace, a disgrace! Stay alert to those who may be staying in this thing that is still sold as a hotel! There must be some roadside hostel with honest service and better quality!

I spent Christmas with my mother and aunt and I loved it... Great service, great food, pleasant atmosphere... But, as not everything is flowers, there was a kid there, who wouldn't stop running through the corridors... Other than that, it was a very good Christmas!

Extremely nice hotel. I was staying in the period of the old records. Excellent accommodation, service and food. Although it was a period of high demand, we received excellent service from the entire hotel team. I will definitely be back at the hotel next year.

O atendimento é muito bom, tanto da reserva quanto os demais funcionários. Hotel limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso, excelente serviço de quarto com limpeza e arrumação. A noite, servem sopa e caldos de cortesia, uma delícia! Perto da praça principal e da Rua São Paulo, centro de compras de Águas. 18min de Monte Sião. Piscina excelente, limpa, somente o bar que nao fica ninguém. O que nao gostei: fiquei no quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, super pequenas, duras e os travesseiros muito macios, mesmo sendo 2, acordei com dor no pescoço. Banheiro bom, mas, apertado para pessoas altas ou acima do peso. Poderia melhorar e colocar camas de solteiro de verdadeiro, essas não são nada confortávis. Mas, o restante, as amenidades bem boas.

Passei o fim de semana com minha família no Hotel, tudo excelente. Atendimento impecável por parte de todos os funcionários e especialmente o da recepção. Servem um caldo muito bom a noite e o café da manhã tmb é perfeito. Além disso toda a estrutura do hotel está reformada (quartos, piscinas, áreas comuns e etc) Super recomendo!!!

Boa acomodação, bem localizado, oferece uma sopa à noite como cortesia para os hóspedes (o que infelizmente não foi avisado pela recepção). Quarto bastante pequeno, mas com bons travesseiros e roupa de cama. Falta iluminação adequada na sala de jogos.

Hotel com ótima localização , perto do lago . Bem no centro da cidade , dá para passear a pé mesmo. Café da manhã bem gostoso e completo. Quarto limpo , ducha com água farta e quentinha . Tem estacionamento fechado . Ótimo atendimento. O hotel é bem charmoso e bonito.
