Lugar lindo e incrível para crianças e família Lugar incrível, atendimento ótimo dos funcionários e recreação infantil espetacular. Nosso filho adorou e não queria mais sair de lá. O ambiente é super bem cuidado e muito bonito, e o time muito atencioso. Tivemos apenas um problema com a hidro do nosso quarto que só funcionou no primeiro dia pois teve um problema no aquecedor e infelizmente não era possível arrumar a tempo.

O hotel é muito gostoso, com muita natureza e sossego. As áreas são bem conservadas. O serviço do restaurante é bom, só falta um pouco de variedade no café da manhã. Estadia com família e idoso o Chalé e muito espaçoso, mas os banheiros ficam 3 degraus abaixo da sala, dificultando a locomoção para idosos e crianças, banheiros espaçosos, mas chuveiros elétricos e não conseguimos regular a temperatura. Piscinas ótimas, restaurante nota 10 e adoramos o show de musica italiana.
