Wahaj Hotel Apartments 2

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The Wi-Fi was beyond useless, disconnecting every 5 seconds and making it impossible to get anything done. Over a 4- night stay, not once did housekeeping bother to clean the room—absolutely unacceptable. The location is isolated and far from the city, which might feel unsafe, especially for man traveling alone. To make matters worse, the so-called "security" consists of plain-clothed individuals who do nothing but stare at guests in a creepy and invasive manner. The hotel defends this as "monitoring," but it’s downright inappropriate and uncomfortable. Customer service was equally appalling—rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else where basic respect and professionalism are guaranteed. كانت هذه واحدة من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة في فندق على الإطلاق. شبكة الواي فاي كانت عديمة الفائدة تمامًا، حيث كانت تنقطع كل 5 ثوانٍ، مما جعل من المستحيل إنجاز أي شيء. وخلال إقامتي لمدة 4ليالي، لم تقم خدمة تنظيف الغرف بتنظيف الغرفة ولو لمرة واحدة—وهذا أمر غير مقبول تمامًا. الموقع معزول وبعيد عن المدينة، مما قد يجعل المكان غير آمن، خاصة لاي شخص . والأسوأ من ذلك، أن ما يُسمى "الأمن" يتكون من أشخاص بملابس مدنية لا يفعلون شيئًا سوى التحديق في الضيوف بطريقة مزعجة وغير مريحة. الفندق يبرر هذا بأنه "رقابة"، لكنه في الواقع غير لائق ومزعج للغاية. أما خدمة العملاء فكانت كارثية—وقحة، وغير مهنية، وغير متعاونة تمامًا. لن أوصي بهذا الفندق لأي شخص. وفروا أموالكم وأقيموا في مكان آخر حيث يتم احترام الضيوف وضمان الحد الأدنى من الاحترافية.
