The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed had a lot of hair. There were hardly any amenities and no toiletries were placed in the room. The hotel does not match the standard of ramada. It’s highly priced when compared to the services offered. The breakfast and food was average. The hotel does not meet expectation and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I took 3 kids with me and the property has pool table , pool , and gym, but the kids were not allowed to use this facilitys during the game,so I request ******* to be cleared when we booked the resort and I will be calling about a refund for 2 days

The staff there were very helpful and went out of the way in getting some carryout breakfast very early in the morning during checkout. Rooms are clean, spacious but not carpeted. The place is suitable for visitors to witness major sports event and such. Not really suitable for business visitors.
