Very nice hotel , excellent location, very nice and prompt guest service. Reception , food service and guest relations were superb . Perfect combination of grace and quality . Housekeeping was prompt in service , so was the food production department . Overall great value for money . Mr. Mukherjee was kind enough to give me time to explain about the property and the vision .

Cafe Treat Restaurant having huge variety of dishes. Staffs are also too humble and supportive. I felt that the food over here is one of the best as compare to other hotel. Akanksha Madam help us with all the things. The ambience of the restaurant is good.

The room is comfortable. Enjoyed a lot during my stay. The Cafe treat food is too good. Mr. Sandeep and Akanksha has given me good. Service. They have served me chicken biryani which was very delicious. Very helpful staff, good service. I will surely revisit here soon.

Rooms where very pretty neat clean thank to rajendra chaudhary to take care of my room and my necessary thing during my stay his manager is also very good very humble and polite Rashid chaudhary they guys are like asset for this property my experience is good pls continue your service till my next visit thank for care / value ☺️

Here’s a crisp and impactful Google review based on your experience: ⭐ 1/5 Room no 305-304 Extremely poor service at Pride Plaza Ahmedabad. Crew transport is consistently mismanaged—no driver details, long wait times, and repeated booking failures, leaving us stranded at odd hours. Housekeeping is just as bad, with unclean rooms despite requests. Unprofessional and unreliable, making layovers unnecessarily stressful. Definitely not suitable for airline crew or business travelers. After getting in Touch with the hotel with delay in transport they left us alone at the airport for 1 he30 mins and stop responding the calls. PATHETIC UNHYGIENIC HOTEL

One night at this hotel. Quick check in, and check out process. Spotlessly clean. Nice, if slow, restaurant for dinner. Outstanding packed breakfast. Room was very comfortable, but noisy street outside meant that even with earplugs, traffic noise was noticeable throughout the night.

Hotel room and facilities are good.We came here for company event. All the facilities are provided by hotel is good.Breakfast have multiple options including the sound indian food.Mihir ,Anisha and Poulami staff have good communication skills and helped us with the required facilities.
