Booked this hotel after reading reviews/ location. 1. Hotel has reopened after the pandemic, apparently. 2. I was the ONLY occupant other than a couple, who I saw in the morning. 3. ONLY one guy at the reception. No staff other than him. 4. No light inside the lift. Can you imagine? 5. No arrangement for tea in the room. 6. No room service. Nothing. No towels, soap, hot water. 7. The receptionist had locked the front door and left. Luckily found a way through the basement, else would have stayed locked. He had apparently left the key with the guard at Mocha, who was found much later. He told me so when he saw me emerging from the basement. 8. No staff at 8.30 am when I left. Can you imagine staying in this hell hole with your family & have an emergency 😳 STAY AWAY. Unless u love thrills from horror movies.
