When we go to hotel three was no light and when we enters on passage room the-are was coloring smell.

It was poor experience stay this time, i have stayed here for few times for my work visit earlier, but this time the condition of room was terrible. Broken sofa cum bed, stinking bed cover, no hot water, was provided hot water bucket instead, shower leaking, fan regulator speed was not working, tv remote had no batteries.

Small room, uncomfortable bed size, unfriendly front desk very rude and unprofessional. According to price there is nothing in the hotel. I ll never recommend anyone to stay there.

The hotel is recently changed to sayaji, previously (aurus. However the restaurant service remains pretty slow, restaurant chair/ sofa fabric is quite dirty (not cleaned at all. Rates have increased by 20-30% after name change. Food quality is descent, rooms are ok for business travel. Other lot of nearby new hotel options available at competitive price.

The location is very nice near the new market place. It's old was auras, now taken by sayaji group naming enrich by sayaji. Rooms are good, we had a great time here. Only the probleb is some interios is old and wall papers are needs to be replaced. Also manager had committed to serve special treatment on our marriage anniversary which was 39'th. But we had a bad experience from such a brand name sayaji group.

Pathetic service. Staff lacks courtesy. Basic items missing from suite. Property not maintained. Broken remote control of tv, door bell & lights not functional. Overall a very poor experience.

Instead of shower gel, in every container there was shampoo. The washroom was untidy, there were no amenities like tooth brush, paste etc. Foot mats were not there. Over all it was a very bad experience.

Rude behaviour of staffs. Even room are available they do not provide for early checkin. And have to wait for long hours. No hot water. Plz avoid
