Barbara Ann's Flat is comfy and sparkling clean.
We are located at The Farms at Westwinds, just three miles from Historic Downtown Aiken.
We are fully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen and wonderful crisp white linens. Our guests love the quiet evenings and wonderful views of the woodlands and pines.
Jesse’s Flat is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends. We have seven flats located on 10 acres with a veggie and flower garden.
We are located in a small, quiet neighbourhood where I have lived most of my life. Many of our guest walk, run or ride bikes in this area and our local biking club peddles through frequently.
We love it here and think you will too.

What a wonderful and relaxing getaway! The apartment was nicely appointed, clean and well laid out, the property was in a country setting but still close to town. Would recommend this spot to anyone heading to Aiken and looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

The owner/manager (Debbie) met us at the unit. She is very friendly, professional, and accommodating! She made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend this to anyone needing a place to unwind near Aiken SC! A+++++++

Supassed my expectations!!
Wow. Just wow. I have truly never stayed in a place that was this clean, and I am a tough critic. I might as well have been at the ritz carlton. The attention to detail and the thouroughness was unmeasurable. It was quaint and quiet and I couldn't have felt any more comfortable than I did here. I will 100% be back.
I didn't realize quiet how far it was from downtown Aiken, though that is no fault of the listing that was clear. But for the price and accomodations it was completely worth the short drive everyday.

Perfect quiet retreat
Stayed 2 nights while in town for the Masters. The accommodations were great. Although I was really only here for sleeping, the place was perfect. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable after a busy day. Plenty of room for one or two people. Located just outside of town, it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend

It was even better than i expected. Very clean, everything I could have wanted and more. I stayed for 2 weeks and I could have stayed longer.

Clean and Cozy
This was our 2nd stay at the property for the Masters Tournament and it is very cozy and plenty of room for the 2 of us.
