Nasty, dirty hotel. This hotel is way past its prime and is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. My room was filthy, with broken tiles, rodent droppings and mold in the shower. In addition, this room was an upgrade with a spa tub that had track lighting above it with a bulb hanging out. To be fair, I told the desk when I left and showed pictures and they offered an adjustment, but nothing has been sent or shown since. There are plenty of other hotels around where you would not have to pay money for dirt.

TERRIBLE- don’t stay here there are many other choices in town - that fill up quickly. We arrived late( after 11pm). Our first clue should have been that the reception was not clean with garage flowing out of the cans. our first room had rotten food in the garbage which made the room smell. The guy at the front desk said they only had one room left which we said we would take. On first inspection the room looked fine we started to wipe it down. When we noticed we had room mates ( roaches) when I called downs stairs to the front desk the receptionist said “I’m not surprised”. We spent the next 90 mins driving around Aiken trying to find a hotel room. They said they reversed the charges on my CC

I like to stay at Hampton Inns because I like their style. This hotel was a nice Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfast choices and coffee was good. Staff was friendly at check in and at the breakfast one morning, stopping to chat with us about the area. Housekeeping texted me twice to make sure everything was going well! We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves both times we used it. The only thing I would say is that leaves had drifted into the pool and it seems no one was scooping them out, so my husband grabbed the net and did it himself and there were not a lot of pool towels available. Lots of good parking and location is convenient to area restaurants and shopping. I am glad we stayed!

I was very disappointed when we arrived to the hotel. The cost of the hotel does not match the value. The hotel rooms have mold around the window. The baseboards are extremely dirty and coming off of the wall.

Booked 2 Queen. Arrived only King. Bed was full of sand and pull out couch was TERRIBLE. Should have called me when they realized their website allowed me to book a room that was not available. Bad Bad

The staff was superior, and they went above and beyond with kindness and care to be helpful!This was priceless! The room was lovely, clean and welcoming . The bed was comfy. They had many breakfast choices and it was yummy. Thank you so much for giving such a quality stay. 👏👏👏👍🏼❤️

I had two double beds. Both mattresses were completely worn out. Walls were dirty in the room. Refrigerator was noisy and the door on it would not shut. Staff was not over friendly. When I told the attendant at check out about the beds, she just looked at me with no response.

Stayed here while in Aiken for the Masters. Appeared to be an older hotel but decent stay. Room was clean, well kept but visibly older. Breakfast was solid. Staff was great, extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again next time. Very convenient and quick drive to Augusta from here
