Easy booking with trip. Friendly welcome. Good hotel, beautiful surroundings.
A little noise from the neighbor upstairs but stops at midnight, phew.
There are car chargers, free for Tesla, but payable at reception for those who have an electric car.
I'll be back. No idea if there is a hotel+golf package.

Ok - I rarely do reviews but i think i need too ! We always stay here on the way back from our Ski Trip - Lovely location and rooms are clean - The Problems : Staff are becoming increasingly rude - I asked for tap water for my children at the bar ( after ordering a wine and a beer for me and my wife ) and a girl who looked very young told me i could not get water at the bar and needed to ask in the restaurant - i asked the manager of the restaurant who told me to go to the bar !! Then the girl rudely handed me 2 glasses ! She continued being rude all night and when our food came she basically dropped it in front of us and just walked off !!! She will know who she is !!! This girl also did not give us House Rose which we ordered but decided on Whispering Angel !!! I let it go at the bar but when she did it again at the meal and gave me a bottle of non house wine i rejected it ! The drinks prices are becoming ridiculous as well - A beer and a gin and tonic was was 25 euros !!!! it is a shame this member of staff is letting the place down i will not go again as it is also getting to pricey ! I think it is best they remember they are located in Chamouille not Courchevel !!! Avoid

a very quiet hotel, we sleep well, we eat well and the surrounding environment allows for beautiful walks, it is very well placed because there are many historical remains of the great war 14-18, I had a very pleasant time, I will go back

All tje other service was good but reception was not helpful. We asked couple times is there any recommondation for the Champagne manufacturer. Receptionist didnt know anything and after that I saw an ad that advertised that the hotel has a collaboration with a champagne manufacturer.

From the facilities to the accomodations to the staff, the restaurant and the pool, we had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help and find solutions, the food (breakfast and diner) was excellent.

Many English speaking tourists seem annoyed by the rude behavior of staff in this hotel and in France in general. They are not aware of the fact that it must be very frustrating for the staff to be confronted every day with people who are too ignorant to speak the local language and who do not even apologize for not doing so. I repeat here that I am shocked every time by the arrogant and self-absorbed attitude of these British tourists. This said, I still enjoy the location, setting, decoration, welcome, service, food, bar, pool and all other services of this hotel.
