We had a delightful albeit short stay at Les Lodges Sainte Victoire. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. Room was a bit too warm at times but overall we had wonderful and relaxing experience. Would love to visit again in the future for a longer stay.

We came to this hotel because for our 2 kids. They love in the afternoon be able to swim a bite in the inside spa pool. The afternoon we arribed after a long 5 hours car trip we wanted all to go to the pool . The pool was super cold and dirty. My son was shivering and of course i did not jump in. I spoke with reception and manager and the only thing they could tell me is i am sorry… The thing i that i did the reservatio one day before by phone, and the person in receptiion told me that the inside pool spa was open . We complain and they said they were gonna clean the pool, and that they were gona try to higher the temperature, but next day was the same… and even worst because all doors were opened for sauna maintenance, and 0 intimacy… I think that a hotel of that level should inform clients first and have a better maintenance of the space. Also our room that was almost the most expensive had no light, cause if you open the cortines to get some light everybody could see you , cause it was a ground floor.

It is a beautiful property with impressive surroundings, attentive service all the time, excellent food for breakfast and dinner, great rooms with all amenities. Staff made our stay with two toddlers very special. Location very convenient to tour Provence. Excellent choice.

Les Lodges is a wonderful property with fantastic amenities and beautiful views. Staff is professional, well trained and extremely helpful with any need. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful place to relax just outside of Aix. Our only negative experience was dinner at the more casual patio restaurant, L'Atelier. Seven of us ate dinner together and most of our meat dishes were very poorly prepared and so tough as to be inedible. The food service manager was very apologetic as each couple's dinner was about 150 Euros. They definitely need to address this poor quality quickly. Otherwise it is a completely wonderful place with delicious breakfasts, complete spa and beautifully furnished. We all loved the property and the staff and the location.

Our stay at Les Lodges Sante Victoire was the definition of luxury. I have experienced five start hotels in Europe before but never anything this wonderful. Sebastian, perhaps the world's greatest concierge, made so many wonderful recommendations such that every moment inside and outside of the hotel was truly memorable. Room was great, grounds and pools and spa were great, restaurants were great, shuttle to Aix was clutch, and the surroundings could not have been more beautiful. Highly recommend coming here to anyone reading this and we are definitely hoping to return on a future trip and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. A truly memorable, top notch experience - not cheap but worth every penny.

An absolutely stunning property that offers comfort and privacy. Great pool areas (one of the pools is adults only). This is a true 5 star property. The drive to town is only 10 minutes and the concierge team is very capable and organized. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in the second building that has a really nice outdoor space attached to each room.

With Mont St Victoire as a background, this hotel is a delight. Set in beautiful gardens, the hotel is luxurious, yet relaxed. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The Michelin star restaurant is stunning, and the food at the hotel brasserie is also excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

This hotel property is amazing! Beautiful inside and out with 2 fantastic pools. We had dinner on site, at the 'casual restaurant' which wasn't at all casual, but not the Michelin star restaurant. Food was delicious and the wait staff impeccable. Now for the downsides.... We stayed in room 4, the Standard Double, Accessible. The room itself is much more plain than the photos (no blanket or pillows on the bed), so just white (kind of plain). The window area you see in the picture is the extent of the window (behind the large curtain is a wall). This is ok when afternoon sun is shining through, but the room is quite dark in the morning despite lighting. In addition, this room is above an entrance to the Spa below. Very loud in the morning... lots of people talking quite early (possibly a staff entrance). And finally, there is no view at all from this room. I'm sure most rooms are of higher quality, just know the Standard Double, Accessible might not be your best choice. The last thing is a phone call to confirm the booking and offer to make a dinner reservation. I was unable to take the call, hence had to make time to return the call (as requested). I reserved the 'casual' restaurant, but on arrival we were booked at the Michelin star. Then comes the feeling of shame when the reservation needs to be corrected. That of course is my interpretation but could be avoided if correspondence was done via email instead of phone and would manage language differences.
