It was amazing. I really liked the service :) the staff was great. They helped us when needed. Also, I really liked the smart tv, you can access to pretty much all the major apps. Plus having a kitchen really helps you when you need to cook!

Front desk staff Shamendri was extremely helpful both on the phone prior to our stay and at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The carpeting and furnishings are due to be replaced but overall, it was a good experience.

Location of this property is perfect for our needs. Upgrade to two room suite was awesome! Amazingly fast check in with follow up to make sure room was perfect!

The Security Guard was stalking/following the kids around the hotel. Breakfast Staff was rude.

Booked this for a last minute staycation for me and my three boys (6,8&9). Place is clean and the kitchen is great for short term stays. There is a good sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cook top and basic kitchen supplies (dishwasher pods, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and pots/pans). Pool is small however great for most kids who just enjoy jumping. Pool area is nice and warm for when they get out but there is no change room in the pool area, though there is a washroom. Perfect for our last minute night out of the house with everything we needed. Concenience store in the lobby is very expensive ($3.50 for a freezie!) so make sure to pack snacks or UnerEats will Deliver to your door as well.

Great stay at the Hilton Homewood Ajax! Easy parking and access to the highway, full kitchen amenity and a clean pool area. Well laid out suite offering an affordable stay. Would stay again!

I stayed here from 11/18 to 11/25. The worst part of the experience was that my rental car (2022 Toyota 4 Runner) was stolen from their parking lot at night. My car was stolen without breaking the windows or anything and I lost my personal belongings like glasses etc in the car. When I mentioned this to the front desk they mentioned that a total of 3 cars were stolen from their parking lot in the same week! I spoke to the manager about looking through the camera they have and apparently the camera do not cover their outside space and has many blind spots. I asked why it is like that and knowing that 3 cars were stolen the staff was just dismissive and mentioned that this is how it is. I asked for the manager to speak to me and she still hasn't called me back. I also mentioned to the manager that at night there is no one in the lobby and the staff is sleeping in the back, I noticed people hanging outside in a car and just looking at the guests coming in and out. There were sketchy guys hanging around outside the hotel smoking but the staff did nothing to ask them if they were guests or ask them to leave. Please be aware when staying at this property since the staff and their area is unsafe. The hotel is not cheap but it is extremely unsafe. The police detective told me that they've had multiple reports of cars being stolen and seems like an inside job. There are car jackings happening in Ontario since they do not track their cars. Guests beware.
