到酒店的時候已經很晚了，酒店的工作人員十分熱情的服務，讓我感到很温馨
整個酒店非常的衞生，整個四層樓都是他們的。
房間，隔音不錯，完全沒有聽到隔壁的聲音～想要睡的安靜的可以選這一家！
在阿克蘇把邊上的一些景區都去掉了，如温宿大峽谷。還採摘了水果，阿克蘇的蘋果10月底最好吃，下次還來！

這次的評價是我非常迫不及待的，你好酒店就不用説了，從奎屯一路下來，每一站都住的這家。
這次我想説下餐廳的大姨，當我問了餛飩是什麼餡的，澆頭是什麼肉的後，這個大姨就主動詢問我，我特別不好意思的説：我不吃牛羊肉。哈哈，一個從不吃牛羊肉的人玩新疆，對，這一路我經歷各式各樣的反饋。我和愛人點了兩碗的麪條，當第一碗出鍋後，我去拿。阿姨一看是我，趕緊説湯是牛肉湯，給倒掉了，後來一想到的再乾淨也是有味道的，就問我愛人吃不吃牛肉，我説他吃的。阿姨就輕鬆的邊説邊又盛了一碗牛肉湯，告訴我：這碗給他。我給你盛一碗清湯，我很清楚不吃牛羊肉的人，其實湯的味道也接受不了！天啊！出來都已經20天了，她第一次讓我想我媽了！我去的前幾家你好，都是煎好的蛋，這家我跟阿姨説要兩個煎蛋。當阿姨看到我現在一旁不走的時候，主動問我是要嫩點的嗎？天啊，做為攜程金鑽會員，我也是天南海北的玩耍，從來沒有遇到過一個連鎖酒店的一位早餐阿姨這麼用心的對我每一位顧客。對，不僅對我，我吃飯的時候，每一位顧客過來都能聽到她攀談詢問的聲音。
本來這家酒店的性價比各方面我都很滿意，這次讓我都在連鎖酒店中以為我媽在場的感覺了！感謝您讓我離家3600公里感受到了家的温暖！

入住當天行程很急，是因為之前去阿克蘇也住的你好酒店，這次也果斷的訂了，到前台辦入住時沒有核對我的入住訊息，後面我問了我訂的什麼房型，因為趕時間訂的時候也沒注意，前台姑娘説是大床，我説了我的要求我跟我朋友兩位能幫我調成雙床嗎 前台姑娘直接説了 你是在攜程下的單，而且你的華住會的會員，攜程的單不能換房型，可以取消攜程的單，在公眾號訂，你們這樣做不算切客嗎，可以那樣操作嗎 她説可以，然後又找了個人問了換房型的問題，她説她不行要補差價，看起來是值班經理，算了一下要補35還是45元，都不考慮一下客人，一路來很累就想趕快上去休息，後面我問了能免費不 她説不行 財務要查 有差價，我説行 那幫我們加個被子，她居然説咱家沒有多餘的被子，房間是不可以加床和加被子的，我頭一次遇到過那麼大的一個酒店沒有備用的被子，前面我已經很忍了，哪個酒店升級房型要通過財務的答應之後才可以，一聽到沒有被子我更無語了😓再後來她説要跟財務説讓我稍等她發了語音微信 就給我換成雙床，再給我送了眼罩，我上去房間着急上衞生間一看 哎 😑圖片在下面，枕套臟不知道是什麼污漬。還有第二天睡醒一看房間沒電，馬桶馬桶不行，窗簾窗簾不行沒電，給前台的座機打電話打不通，就像的下去找她們，樓道里碰到了客房姐姐，還有一位好像是客房主管，給我們説的是那一片區都停電了，要下午才來電，我就很好奇，那麼大一個酒店停電不得提前通知嗎😓還有就是一個小意見辦入住當天退房當天前台有一位姑娘好像是新來的，要學會微笑熱情面對客人，不要一臉冷漠的對待，乾的事服務行業要有微笑的熱情服務意識。

酒店房間很好，前台也很好，就是早餐裏的煮麪大姨，我一共住了3天，第一天我要了一碗麪，吃完沒有吃飽又要了一碗，她用質問的口氣問我不是要了一碗麼，我説吃完了，不是自助早餐不限量麼，感覺讓人很不舒服，我去別的地方從來沒有過這種情況，接下來的2天我第二次要的時候她也是冷個臉，然後也有別的男客人一次要了3碗她也沒問啥，服務也挺好的，這種差別的對待讓人感覺挺奇怪
