Had a great stay at this hotel! Staff was helpful and kind, plus the room was really clean. Breakfast was delicious as they had a wide variety of foods ro choose from. Location of this hotel was especially good as it is within a 5 minute walk fromna shopping mall nearby. The hotel room even had an AI tool to control the lights and room temperature!

The hotel is so bad and the service is even worse. I booked four rooms, but one of them couldn't be found. I registered my ID card at the front desk but couldn't find the order. I paid for an extra room and finally called me at 3 a.m. in the middle of the night to confirm. I was really helpless. You don’t need to sleep and I don’t need to sleep either. Ctrip booked 425, and finally refunded me 395 in cash, hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha is ridiculous to me for 425, but 395 was refunded in cash. I'm recording the whole thing

The most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to southern Xinjiang. It is clean, hygienic, smart, and has convenient parking. There is a food street just outside the door, the first Tinker Gourmet. The 88-piece large plate of chicken is huge and the amount is amazing. Opposite is the square. Breakfast is also very refreshing and delicious, highly recommended!
