Liya Boutique Hotel & Suites

My friend Sharifa and I visited this beautiful Hotel last week in May 2023, we loved it immediately. This place reminded us of the beautiful homes we see in Syrian episodes with a very nice fountain in the middle of the garden. we felt at home instantly. Mr. Emir, the owner and his brother were terrific, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay.They upgraded our room to a suite which was very spacious and beautiful. We heard the birds songs as soon as we open the balcony door. The hotel is well layed out with a beautiful garden. It’s truly a gem surrounded by nature’s mountains, flowers and trees. We enjoyed every bit of the stay, the breakfast was very nice and delicious. It was served in the garden.. we strongly recommend it to our friends and families. Thank you very much for the hospitality and everything. It’s a beautiful get away from the loud big cities…Excellent Hotel. If you want a nice get away, this is the place. The weather was very nice during our visit.

It was very nice to spend time here. The location is nice: near to the sea and forest also it is close to shops. The room is very beautiful in authentic style. Also there is a garden with trees and flowers where we spent time. The host is really friendly. He knows english and the communication was fast and easy. He helped us with advices about transport. Also the breakfast was large and tasty. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located just next to a pine forest and 5mins (by walk) away from the beach. I slept with the sounds of waves and woke up with the singing birds. Hotel manager and owner Emir Bey is a great host. This is one of the top boutique hotels in Europe and by far the best value for money stay I ever had. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely little hotel. The service and support offered by the manager was superb.

Imir greeted us when we arrived with a smile. He was so friendly. We were delighted when we saw the penthouse apartment where we would spend Christmas. The quartz pink tiles on the floor, the wood ceiling and other wood furniture gave the romantic feeling of being in the special place, Akyaka. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom spacious and everything was clean. The balcony had a lovely view. We happily sat by the fire in the evening. The location is great, so easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The river boat was fabulous.

The direct access to nature, to the waterfront with caffè and Restaurants, to the beach and to the boat tours departing Dock are just details of why this was the best stay by far I ever had in Europe. Weather you are travelling for work like me, alone or with you family, or friends, the Liya location, and accommodation typology and the warm and respectful community of guests that the property manager skillfully manages to create just make this place unique. Thank you very much Emir (the property manager) for welcoming us to Akyaka and to Liya. We felt safe, supported in every question we had and we can't stop talking about how amazing it was to be in Akyaka and at Liya in particular. We are coming back and reccomend ing you to our families and friends, so please always keep a could of rooms free for us 👌

Had a really nice stay and feel lucky to have found this place. The hotel is newly done and the rooms are very specious and clean. It was great to have a small private balcony. At night we chilled by the fire in the garden and hangout with the other guests. The center of town is only a few minute drive or by walk. The host was very friendly and hospitable. I would stay again next time I’m in Akayka. Thanks for having us.
