Good hotel. Sunset room with a beautiful sunset view. Breakfasts are decent. For dinner there is always a large selection of fish, shrimp, and meat. you can't try everything. What we got was delicious. I liked the system for ordering drinks and fruits using a QR code. On the beach, by the pool. Comfortable.

Where do I start….. our holiday was superb from start to finish. No negative moments at all. The hotel is extremely high end. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. You can choose your pillow for personal preferences. The staff are all dressed immaculately, they’re extremely hard working and friendly and attentive at all times. The food is so impressive, the buffet is delicious and caters for every pallet, smoked salmon and very high quality beef steak always available with a huge selection of salads and vegetables. You can use the Italian and Mexican restaurant an unlimited amount of times also. Room service is just €10 service charge we used that in a particularly rainy day, which was perfect. The drinks were superb. Cocktails and champagne free flowing and unlimited. We actually loved the draft beer too. . We used the spa twice and had an amazing massage treatment. The massage therapists were excellent. The Hamam scrub and massage was also superb. We had the dreamiest holiday. With 4 of our friends. The pool area and pool was really clean and the most beautiful comfortable sun loungers with big canopies attached for shade, they could be also collapsed if you wanted sunshine. We used the jets skis which were great fun. The pool was actually refreshing, we went in every day. Yes cold but definitely warmer than the sea. We even had our clothes laundered and ironed for free, so coming home with a clean laundered suitcase full of laundry was excellent. We will be returning for sure. Keep up the amazing work everyone at Xandu Island. We loved it. We actually preferred Xandu Island more to the hotels we have stayed in Asia and USA.

We visited Xanadu Island in June 2023 and came again in September 2024. I must admit that the hotel was at a much higher level in 2023 than in 2024, I don't know if the management has changed, but everything was a little worse than the previous year, starting with room maintenance, food, service, entertainment... The incident that happened on the first day of our arrival was really terrible, an employee with a knife started running through people at breakfast. Such a thing is not expected in a 5-star hotel. But the rest of the vacation was nice, the new beach with the sunset really makes an impression.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The performance has only improved over the past 7 years. The food, the service, the care, and the cleanliness – all truly outstanding. Exceptional management – I would like to express my deepest gratitude to each and every member of the team, especially the service staff and the management, who truly understand what it means to take care of a guest. I’ve been happy here for 7 years, and I sincerely hope it continues

Quite simply, Xanadu Island Hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, the staff are just fantastic, the rooms are spacious and extremely clean, the dining room has so much variety there is something for everyone, the two Al-A-Carte restaurants were lovely with great table waiter service, The Rosebud Bar was our favourite, the lovely lady who served us every night with two large red wines "one with ice". she was just a joy, sorry I can't remember her name. Finally, a BIG shout out to Guest Relations Manager İbrahim EYİUSLU, This man is a credit to the hotel, Ibrahim went out of his way to make our stay special, he is an absolute credit to the Hotel. Thank You all so much for a fantastic Holiday at your lovely Hotel. We will definately be back next May 2026. Phil & Sandra.

It was our first time on Xanadu Island All Inclusive. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent, lots of choice. Spa was excellent, very relaxing. Things to improve: hotel rooms and overall appearance needs updating a bit, need to install smart TVs in rooms and provide some English speaking channels as we had a few days of bad weather and spent more time in the room, it would have been nice to watch a movie in English, but all that was offered was news channels in English. More daytime activity needs to be offered please apart from Pilates and yoga, maybe a trip out on a boat or walking tour of neighbouring town etc.. Staff need to brush up on English language skills a bit as communication was difficult at times.
