I stayed over with a couple of friends, and overall, it was definitely worth the price. Ms. Moshi, who checked us in, was very polite and friendly, she even made conversation with us, which was a nice touch.
The room service food was decent and reasonably priced, though the service was a bit slow we had to call twice for towels and slippers. The water slides were unfortunately closed during our stay (they are only open till sunset), but the other amenities were open. The pool water was quite cold (understandably, since it’s in the mountains), but we still had a great time.
It also mentions billiards, though when we asked, we were told it’s not available. Despite that, it was still a fun and enjoyable stay, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it, I would definitely book it again for a longer stay.

I stayed at the X Grand Hotel at Hafiz Stop on the 5th and 6th of September. The amenities are excellent, the swimming pool and everything else is great. It’s a fantastic place for families, and I would definitely recommend it—five stars!

Very nice resort located on the top of Jabal Hafeet mountain. Excellent swimming pool, kids activities, water slides, surrounded by mountains, excellent rooms with service, mouth watering breakfast. Perfect for families and couples

Unfortunately, after this hotel had been for many years a place of peace and escape from noise, it has now become quite the opposite. The loud music and noise – even inside the rooms – have become one of the biggest issues with this hotel.
We stayed for two nights, and on both nights the wedding hall in the hotel was operating at maximum volume until late hours. There is absolutely no sound insulation, and the noise reaches directly into the rooms.
The hotel’s location needs no introduction, and it offers many activities besides swimming. Recently, the carpet and some furnishings were replaced, which is a very positive step.
It is a very good place if you are looking for a beautiful view and various activities, but you don’t mind noise.

It was 🤩 amazing. We really love the amazing view of al ain. Only that the pool was not good. It’s so cold that you could enjoy swimming. Hope next time they can do something with their heater. It would be perfect.
