This was a very friendly and nice hotel. Breakfast was also delicious. I wanted to stay at a hotel where I could see the hot air balloons, so I chose this one. I was able to see a beautiful view from the rooftop, and I'm very satisfied. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I didn't ask at reception, but I think it's best to ask about it in advance.

A very nice little country inn, clean and hygienic, with a warm and responsible owner. From the rooftop, you can see the Memnon statues, the Valley of the Kings, and wheat fields. I guess that person is the owner; he's a very persistent guy. The breakfast was plentiful and healthy. The hotel is very close to the Valley of the Kings; a taxi ride costs 100 Egyptian kip. There were many foreign guests staying there, and the courtyard had a swimming pool with lots of birds. We got up very early and went to the Valley of the Kings, returning to the hotel around 8:00 AM to enjoy a comfortable and extended breakfast.

The hotel was absolutely charming! The staff was warm and very welcoming. Located in a quiet and peaceful environment, we had a great time. Omg! This was probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had (and I travel a lot). The pool was spotless and the perfect temperature, the rooms were immaculate and cool with excellent AC, and the yard and gardens were beautifully maintained. Each room has its own balcony—perfect for relaxing at night—and there’s plenty of comfortable seating throughout the hotel and yard. The staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Everyone, down to the cook, was friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Even the cleaning team made our room sparkle—and surprised us with a towel swan decorated with rose petals! There are bunnies in the yard that are clearly well cared for; my daughter adored them. The food was delicious, and the included breakfast was the best we’ve had in Egypt so far. The hotel felt safe, the room was comfortable, the pool was awesome, and the overall value is fantastic—it’s truly affordable for what you get. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and I’ll definitely be back (and telling everyone I know to stay here). Five stars!

The personal touch was everywhere! From check-in to checkout and everything in between. Additionally, if 'location, location, location' is essential to you, then this is the place to be. It is located on the west bank of the Nile within a couple of hundred meters of the Colossi of Memnon. As a bonus, we were directly in the flight path of the balloon flights. Visit the rooftop at sunrise for an unbelievable treat as the balloons fly within spoken conversation reach.

Our stay at this hotel in Luxor was nothing short of exceptional. The owner Sayed was absolutely wonderful, so accommodating, helpful, and incredibly patient as we figured out our plans. He went above and beyond to help us organise our days, even arranging a driver for our entire stay, which made getting from one amazing site to the next seamless and stress-free. The location of the hotel is stunning, tucked away in a peaceful area that felt like a true escape. The pool area was a dream; the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, polite, and eager to help. The attention to detail was on another level. The host truly set the bar high for hospitality, and we’ve never experienced such thoughtful care during our travels. What an experience, absolutely unforgettable.

I was treated like a King in the New Memnon Hotel. I’ll start by saying that the room I stayed in (deluxe room with a garden view) was spacious. Had that country feel to it but definitely made me feel the culture of Luxor. Beds were comfortable and wifi was relatively good. I visited this place with my mum. Sayed, the owner was invested in us from the beginning. His passion to ensure that we were having a grand time and were comfortable was palpable. I got sick with some cold symptoms during my stay and he checked in on me couple of times to ensure I had all I needed. He even helped us when we didn’t know where to shop for souvenirs before leaving Luxor. His staff were tremendously helpful as well and provided the best customer service I have ever witnessed in a hotel. I would know this because I have travelled to 40 countries around the world and I can tell you for a fact that a stay here will make you feel like you’re home away from home. This hotel is also very close to the Memnon statues. Family friendly, has a clean swimming pool and a restaurant on property.
