Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

Very clean area with a nice pool area with great helping staff, rooms were tip top clean as well as providing all services.

I stayed in chalet for 2 nights, we enjoyed our stay and we are happy for the attitude of the staffs. Just comment for the swimming pool might they can extend till 9pm.. thank you yo all and for sure we will come back again to stay.

hotel is far from city and quite area but from airport its near. staff are all nice and helpful. the restaurant has good food and room is also nice. i did not use swimming pool. i stayed for only few days. Mr. Arnel and Ms. Tandin from reception are always helpful.

I have been stayed in the hotel many times but this is my first weekend in the chalets after they renew the furniture and add more chairs the place is really good for families specially there are 2 bed rooms the only issue is no barbecue equipments and its very hot now reception gave late check out until 3 pm because of weather they are felixable we took longtime to check out
