Worst hotel ever! Insects and bed bugs all over the place! Never staying the again.

I will never recommend this hotel it is my first and last time. Extremely unprofessional, delayed customer service, poor maintenance, leaking bathroom ceiling, dirty blankets and sheets, bathroom drain without any cover, they cut off the electricity in the morning when enquired they told me I needed to recharge the key in the morning. a long list of disappointments.

No towel we waiting for more than 1 hour then they bring 1 towel small until we checked out nothing else, washroom wasn't cleaned. We stay only for 5 hours since the amenities is not complete..
