We stayed 2 nights… air condition was not working evendough they tried to fix it.. the BED was extremly uncomfortamle which we tried to sleep upside down.. 3 things were great; reception peronel’s interest; the service at the bar and the location… I would not recommend any of my friends to this hotel

Was nice hotel in heart of Alacati

Might be the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Cats were wandering all over the closed areas of the hotel. I stated that I was allergic and that I could never stay there and that I wanted a full refund, but they only gave a 1-day refund. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day, but it was such a bad day that I wouldn't go if they said come and host me right now. There is no hot water in the hotel in September. We took a cold shower. The beds and sheets are filthy and stained. There was even a personal belonging of the guest who had previously stayed in the room. I definitely don't think it was given after being cleaned. We stated that we did not want to benefit from breakfast because cats were wandering everywhere in the morning. We said we should just buy Turkish coffee and they said that they do not serve Turkish coffee in the morning. That's it for the service concept. Definitely do not waste your money, this is a place where hygiene and service are unfortunately zero.

The whole room wasn't cleaned, especially the bathroom. Everything was very dusty. No room service in the morning, had to get the towels from reception.

We chose Alaçatı Caddesi 75 hotel for our holiday with our friends and we were incredibly satisfied. Everything was very nice. The hotel, the breakfast, the rooms are spotless. The fact that it is very close to the Alaçatı market is also great. The attention of the employees, their friendliness and sincerity makes us feel very good. Cadde 75 is a very ideal location. Although it is a little outside the center of Alaçatı, it is within walking distance and away from the noise of the center. The attention of the staff, the cleanliness and quietness of the room were perfect. We were pleased with the breakfast. There is a very diverse and delicious breakfast menu. Our favorite aspect of the hotel was its garden. Even though we couldn't use the pool much, it was very enjoyable to sit in the tranquility of the garden, especially at night. Since we were interested in exploring the surroundings during the day, we were not looking for big hotel attractions. It exceeded our expectations as it gave the atmosphere of a quality b&b and villa with a pool.

We would like to thank the assistant manager, Mr. Ali, who took care of us from the moment we arrived at the hotel and when we entered the hotel. The hotel staff are very attentive, relevant and friendly, and the hotel staff is a wonderful team. Mr. Miraç, one of the employees, was also very attentive, I would like to thank him as well. Breakfast was very diverse and nice. I recommend it to everyone who will go. It is a quiet and peaceful hotel. It was a wonderful holiday. ☺️

I asked for an iron for my clothes for 2 days, they said they would give it to me tomorrow, and the next day they first took my clothes, then they said it was broken, they don't keep an iron in the hotel you gave me so much money, they don't help at all, the staff are sullen and have an attitude like it's none of our business.
