The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very rich, but when we caught up with the tour group, all kinds of meals were wiped out. The hotel did not respond well enough. It was slow to replenish the dishes, and there was only one person to clean up, so the efficiency can be imagined. The front desk and other service staff encountered were warm and friendly. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. This is the only hotel we have stayed in in southern Xinjiang that does not have a dryer.

The room is clean and quiet because of the off-peak hours. It is 3 kilometers to the city center and it is very convenient to take a taxi. There are many Uighur restaurants in the surrounding area, which is suitable for tourists. The service is very good and the staff will greet you warmly.

When checking in, I was told that the next morning because the natural gas supply was cut off in the entire city of Arar, buffet breakfast could not be provided and only one bag of food (including milk, eggs, pastries) was distributed, which was very unpalatable. The front desk clerk was indifferent, but the doorman and security guard were very nice!

I chose this hotel by chance after seeing high reviews. The location is good. There is a food street at the door. You can eat local specialties of mutton skewers and Xinjiang noodles when you go out. When you enter the hotel, you will feel happy, from the security uncle to the front desk staff. The attitude is quite good, especially the front desk receptionist who greets the guests first and then brings me a cup of tea. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the room is the style I like. It is elegant without losing the atmosphere. It is very comfortable to stay. It can be seen that the owner of this restaurant is very attentive to breakfast. The combination of meat and vegetables is nutritious, and the buns and cookies are quite exquisite. I heard from the waiter that they are all handmade, and I am very satisfied. 👍 I personally think the price-performance ratio is quite high. recommend!

The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the Alar Municipal Service Center. There is a food street downstairs, making life convenient; I stayed in the hotel for a week. From the hotel front desk to the uncle at the door and the aunt on the floor, I took the initiative to say hello every time I saw him and was very kind. Although breakfast is provided, it tastes very good and changes a little every day. I feel satisfied and the restaurant is clean and bright; I like this place and it is my first choice when doing business in Alar!
