Wien Star Hotel

I want to thank the hotel staff (Max). I solved all the shortcomings quickly and effectively. thanks. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time.

The accommodation is good but the boss is the last thing. When we booked the hotel, we wrote to the hotel asking if we could check in at 3:00 a.m. The hotel then wrote, and I quote, “Yes, of course.” WHEN we arrived at the hotel at that time, completely exhausted from the trip, they told us at reception that there were no rooms available. We then had to wait until 12:00 in the morning and wait in the lobby. That was the first point that shocked us. The second point was that around the 8th day the boss told me and my friends (there were 4 of us in a single room) that we should split up into 2 rooms because there was water damage in the rooms. We found this very suspicious because of the first reason that happened. We then asked the other guests whether they had also been asked to leave their rooms. Of course that wasn't the case and my buddy and I stayed in our rooms. My friends had to move into a room. In the end it turned out that the boss wasn't very keen on room planning We had a handle and needed a room quickly for guests who had arrived. When we confronted the boss, she said that we would get a discount on the room price on the condition that we leave a good review on Google and with the travel agency. So here is this review.
