Mc Arancia Resort & Spa Hotel

Before i came I read reviews saying awful food, dirty rooms, flies everywhere, but it has proved to be the complete opposite. Food is great, loads of choice, rooms were very clean and cleaned daily! Flies are present but no more than anywhere else you might go on holiday, and i haven't seen any flies 'crawling all over the food' as someone said! Only thingi did not like was the majority of holiday makers were russian and 95% of the talking/singing by the entertainment team was in russian. I think my holiday organiser (on the beach) should have told us this at the time of booking.

Arrived home today after a weeks holiday with family. I was extremely worried prior to going after reading some reviews. To be fair there are improvements that could be made but if your realistic about what you pay and get for your money you really can't knock it. Rooms were clean, could possibly do with a better cleaning schedule but bed was changed once and bathroom cleaned twice. Fridge in room stocked with water and pop all included. Pool area and inside seating lounges clean and staff great. Animation team friendly. Food typical AI and a bit samey but didn't go hungry. Staff in restaurants and bars lovely. Few shops in walking distance but easy to catch dolmus into Antalya. Beach ok and plenty of sunbeds and towels included Negative Childrens play area unsafe and kids club poor. All pools including indoor unheated so very cold. Evening entertainment poor.

Great service and lovely food, the amount of choice is amazing. Fantastic environment. Friendly staff and entertainment team. Day time activities like water polo are perfect and everyone gets involved. Clean and comfy rooms. Extremely happy with my time here.

This hotel is amazing and the beach and sea are super, especially with them being so close. If you ever have any problems here it is handled smoothly and quickly. We have been to many other countries and hotels before but this is definitely our favourite! The evening entertainment programme is amazing and keeps everyone busy and happy.

Was disappointed on certain levels as this resort was advertised as 5 star Luxury complex but actually its more near the 3 - 4 stars. When i arrived, the lobby is nice but dingy and dark and was thinking they might be trying to save on electricity bills. It was the evening and there was only one person on reception. The tropical plants in the Lobby were half dead but it was clean at least. If you are thinking that for a 5-star hotel the Wi-Fi might be free then you will get a nice surprise when you must pay for this per device for access in your room, at the pool and on the beach. One good thing is the Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, and you will see plenty of guests just hanging around there to access. The rooms we got was actually pretty good if it wasn’t for the ants and the recurring shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. I am sure ants were crawling on me in the night. The AC is really good and we paid for a sea view room which was ok. The rooms were cleaned everyday and response to issues in room will be dealt with Promptly. Evening entertainment runs untill around 9 to 11pm and you will be able to hear the music blasting so if you want an early night expect some noise. The pool area is actually really nice and had a good time in this area, unfortunately cleanliness seems to be an issue, and I did see someone cleaning around the pool areas but it’s a really large area and I only saw them once or twice during my 5 days stay during the day. The beach has coarse sand and gets a bit difficult to walk on near to the sea. The waves were really rough and its difficult to relax as you are thrown about a lot. But overall, it’s a nice place to relax and get some Sun. I had a feeling that staff are unhappy with there jobs especially in the Bar as one fellow kept complaining to me how bad the management is and some waiters also complaining. The food was the same every day, breakfast, Lunch and dinner and I must say the best food I had there were chips. There will be a wide range though and everyone’s taste is different but expect the food to be pretty bland and not spicy in anyway although they do provide chili powder. If you have a sweet tooth they have a big variety of cakes which was very tasty. The entertainment was great and Mahmut the holiday rep was very friendly and helpful. The SPA was really good and I would recommend the full Thai massage (although it’s not cheap) Overall it was a nice stay but certainly not the 5 stars I was expecting.

I’ve just returned from a wonderful stay here with my two children and can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish the staff were absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful and always smiling. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, with everything we needed for a family break. A special mention must go to Mahmut, the holiday assistant, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free and memorable. He helped us with information, sorted little things quickly and always checked that we were okay. It really made a difference travelling with two children to have that kind of support. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to come back!
