Kleopatra Life Hotel

Wonderful vacation. Beautiful hotel, well located. The beach was across the road. I reached the city center on walk in 30 minutes. Room at a good level, including air conditioning. The hotel also has its own swimming pool. Personal is very nice and good, always smile. All inclusive - in the form of a buffet, you can choose what you want. The food was also good in the restaurant, I liked the pancakes and kebab the most. I enjoyed my vacation. I definitely recommend it to others for relaxing by the sea.

Blankets was dirty. The hotel was taken over by cats.no swimming pool as described. There was nothing good about the hotel the hotel needs refurbishment. Don't go.it leaks when it's rain. Tile are lifting. Towels only change every two days. There is this man that operates in the hotel as your hotel rep. But in fact he's a scamer. He took our money and send us miles away from the hotel. And told us we going to be seeing dolphin 🐬 and other things which was a lie.more than one of us we're not happy with that.

Beautiful hotel with perfect staff. Good food with lots of choice. Modern and clean rooms. Near to the beach with the possibility of many entertainment programs. Near to restaurants and shops. I recommend and thank you for the perfect service :-)

Amazing place, the sea is right Next to the hotel. The food every day iš varied and very tasty. Especially the breakfast omelette. Very friendly and nice staff. Especially in the Restaurant. The rooms are very clean.

I don’t know where to start, this hotel really ruined our holiday. DO NOT STAY HERE- only advice I can give. After being shown our room we were thoroughly disappointed, it is FALSE ADVERTISING to say the least. The room was tiny, we booked a DOUBLE room with a DOUBLE bed which when booking, the pictures showed a double bed. We were greeted with two single beds which I must add- extremely uncomfortable! The air con didn’t work nor did the TV! We went and spoke to reception, we explained we weren’t happy to the receptionist, who actually was extremely rude, and done nothing. We then spoke to our holiday rep who told us he will get our room changed… well he tried his best but they would not change us unless we paid more! but they at least fixed the air con, however still very unhappy with the room as we paid a lot of money. The food… is shocking, not much of a selection at all! We ended up eating and drinking out all the time, as the only all inclusive alcoholic drink we could really drink was beer! So after spending all that money to go all inclusive, we ended up spending a bomb eating and drinking elsewhere just so we could get a decent bit of grub! All the other reviews comment on how poor the food is so why they haven’t done anything about it I don’t know! Everything is dirty! I mean everything, so if you wanted a cup of water or juice from the machine the cups were filthy and put you off drinking from them. The table clothes on nearly every table at every meal time were filthy. The whole week stay we only had the cleaners come in once, when our lights were left on for them to come they were coming late in the evening which is when we come back to get ready, so they said they would come back tomorrow, even though they had all day to clean the room! The towels/blankets were stained and dirty, put you off using them. The smell in our room smelt of sewage daily- was gross! We had to pay for Wi-Fi, this was not explained anywhere the only free Wi-Fi they have is in the lobby area- bit of a joke when you pay all that money they can’t even provide decent internet! Please take my advice, spend the extra hundred or couple of hundred to stay elsewhere and get a good experience, because you won’t get that at this hotel it really ruined our holiday, they say the staff helped well we spoke to at least two members and they didn’t help at all! You will end up spending so much more by eating and drinking out all the time like we did, and on Wi-Fi, when there will be other hotels in the area which might cost a bit more originally but you will have a much better experience and it will work out cheaper in the long run, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be leaving this review everywhere possible!

Wonderful holidays in a wonderful hotel ❤️ The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful views.The hotel staff is amazing, smiling, hardworking. The food was excellent, I couldn't choose what to eat, because I was always tempted by everything. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday at this hotel. We were humbled by Turkish hospitality. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with a view of the beach. We loved the fact that the sea is so close by. The food was really nice with lots of choice. All inclusive drinks didn't include cocktails but that was not a problem for us. We did a few excursions which were also lovely. We also had a Turkish massage experience. That was also lovely. I don't really understand the negative reviews. This is a lovely hotel situated in an excellent location. The staff go out of their way to help you. The beach was also lovely. I would 100% recommend kleopatra life hotel for a lovely, chilled out holiday. You will not be disappointed.

Nice hotel with great staff, beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed it very much with a boyfriend, we were well taken care of. Excellent food, beautiful rooms, cleanliness in rooms and hotels. We are extremely satisfied.

My fiancé booked this trip away as a surprise for our engagement. He booked it specifically due to it having a spa and pool area for us to relax by. On arrival we found that the spa was closed and the pool had algae growing over the top of it. Neither of these were advertised and with it being off season there wasn’t much else for us to do in our spare time. In addition to this, we were told on arrival that we were full board but were then charged £13 for dinner. Dinner being the choice of chicken and rice with salad and stale cake for dessert. Not exactly £13 worth of food. I politely asked for this to be removed as a charge on leaving and said that due to us not having breakfast for our 2 days (we had early morning excursions of paragliding and a hot air balloon) would it be ok to remove this especially since the spa and pool had been closed. I felt this was fair. However Piri (the receptionist said this was her name but I may have spelt it wrong) was incredibly rude to us accusing us of sleeping in and brushing our concerns to the side. I left the hotel incredibly upset after this interaction, not an ideal end to our engagement trip. We feel that we’ve been completely misold this hotel and are extremely disappointed. I would encourage you to stay absolutely anywhere else!
