Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

It is a very good facility for its price, food and breakfast were good, I think the only shortcoming is that it does not have a beach, there should be slippers in the rooms.

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. Stayed at KLEOPATRA Royal Palm for 7 nights. Hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned daily. All inclusive food is ok but repetitive and a couple of us purchased food outside the hotel just to have a change. The shower in our room leaked every time we used it, had to dry the floor with a towel each time. Got little sleep, bed so uncomfortable, very hard and my husband had a broken slat on his side. Also the noise from the corridors is so loud, every noise echoes, could hear doors slamming, music playing, people kicking off or loud voices until the early hours. Construction work going on outside the hotel constantly, very noisy in the day. Reception staff very unhelpful, we stopped asking any questions of them. We purchased trips from hotel rep, we were overcharged, buy your trips outside the hotel. Paid to go to a light show one evening, we were told this was 1.5 hours coach travel there, ended up being 3 hours only to end up at a shopping centre. Yes there were lights which were beautiful, but we could have got a taxi there for a fraction of the cost. Would not return to this hotel.

worst food i have ever eaten in my life. my child refused to eat it and thankfully she didn't have the stomach problems I did. 2 months after I came home I had diarrhea. so I recommend NOBODY it has the hotel. spend money instead on 5 Stars hotel or another country

We came to Alanya for a wonderful holiday with my family, and everything went very well. The location of the hotel is great, the beach is very close, Mr. Haşim who worked there was friendly with us, he helped us in everything, the staff at the reception were polite, thank you, they gave us a nice room. It’s a hotel I can recommend to my friends, they cleaned our room every day and those women were friendly. We will definitely come with more people next year. Hotel is not safe for guests the coving from the ceiling fell down onto where my young children were sat at the table colouring in!. The weight and impact of this would of seriously injured or killed my children! Hotel staff were not bothered, no apology or even to check our safety! On moved us room when we complained, air con in that room was faulty, staff did not care, very rude staff. 11pm the staff kick you out of lounge area to bed! food very repetitive nothing for children all catered to turkish and german guests. No help at all with child dairy allergy! Children's play area not fit for purpose! the ' kids club' is a damp empty room! Not a family hotel at all!.. entertainment was twice a week for 15-20 mins turkish dance/ wedding show! Nothing for children, no snacks catered for them or food! All inclusive menu does not include any imported drinks or cocktails! Bar staff are lovely thats the only positive!
