It was wonderful. The only thing I did not appreciate was being charged more on this app, and being charged 3x at the hotel 😒. Over all great stay.

Did not like that the room was not carpeted. I know it’s more sanitary to not have the carpet but I hate it. Also lots of noise coming from other rooms. Minimal amenities in the room such as Qtips, towels.

Cons:
Can hear all floors above and below you.
No tubs.
Pool is chilly, unbearable. They state they keep it at 80 degrees. Way to cold. No crowds in the pool of two adjoining hotels on a Holiday week should say enough for how unbearable it was. Also, no hot tub, and bathrooms are outside of the pool area.
Linen is shoddy, fitter sheet doesn’t fit bed, bedspread is in two pieces and paper thin.
Very short/early breakfast options 6-9.
Pros: lobby, easy parking, nice options on buffet breakfast.
Again, Meh.
Won’t be back.

Maid service is only every other day. Sheets didn’t fit the beds.

First stay at this Hilton “ sub brand”. It felt cold and really missed the design attempt at chic industrial. No closet just an open bar and a sign telling us to store things under the bed. Front desk said because we booked on. third party site they could not give us a receipt. Elevators were very slow . Would not stay at a Tru Blue again
