What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Amazing location! The rooms are equipped with all the kitchen amenities. It was my wifes birthday and the reception was super kind to arrange flower bouquet and birthday cake service! Thank you very much!

Good location, accommodation and kind staff.
The only bad thing was that there was no hot water.
When we stayed there, it was snowing and water heater was broken.

True trullo experience
We had the pleasure of staying in a charming trullo tucked away in a quiet little alley, where only a handful of tourists ever seemed to wander. The trullo itself was just a short walk from the reception, which was a bit tricky to find at check-in.
Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options including freshly picked figs. Parking was convenient, though be prepared for a roughly 500-meter walk along steep, cobbled roads.
Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like the unique experience of staying in a trullo while enjoying the atmosphere of the area before and after the big crowds of tourists arrive.
