It wasn't the room I booked it for and never was brought clean towels and when I tried talking to the employees about the wrong room and and clean towels nothing was even tried to be made right my anniversary group was completely destroyed and ruined because of this place it broke my heart broke my husband's heart and we are so disappointed I highly suggest that you check out another place before you come here and I highly suggest that you understand to even the employees here are rude and they have no customer service skills nor do they even want to try another place book another place don't try to get that Jacuzzi room cuz it's a lie it's all a lie and I am so so sad my anniversary was freaking ruined! 😭😞😭😞😭😞😭😞

Property is located very close to interstate 90 and room was on the freeway side and noise level was extreme. Had not unpacked and went front desk to tell him the room was not acceptable and he offered to upgrade me to a suite for an extra charge and I said I wanted the room I reserved and he said

This was a great place. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We just needed a place for an overnight on our way home, and this place fit the bill... Clean, comfy, and quiet.

This hotel got 4.2 stars with rave reviews so I thought I would give it a try on our road trip to Sturgis. It was $250 a night which I found to be very expensive that area. Aqua checked us in and they were great, very efficient. The room felt quite clean but it was extremely musty we had to fight with the window to get it open and get some fresh air in. We l left the window open all evening until we went to sleep, due to the noise. The complimentary breakfast was fine, normal of what one would expect a seating area is very small though so it was extremely crowded. Didn't use the gym or pool or business facilities. There is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants very close by so that was a plus. We just had Subway delivered.

Great 3 nights.
Super friendly, great staff. LOTS of staff and that's why this hotel is run so well. Clean, lots of workers and they don't skimp. Everything we need esp a clean room with great A/C.
