Basic accommodations, comfy bed. No frills but clean and convenient. Limited hours front desk and soap but no other toiletries. BYO. Electric shutters on windows so very good blackout and quiet.

This was my third stay at this well-located 3* and easily my most memorable. My room (#111) was really spacious with all the conveniences I wanted. The breakfast buffet was copious and well-stocked; I especially appreciated the capsule coffee machine that allowed me to make my brew as strong as I wanted (coffee is often a weak point with hotel breakfasts). What really stood out, however, was the excellent front-desk service. Natalie really performed a minor miracle in allowing myself and a friend to retrieve our COVID-19 test results in order to fly home. The lab in Albi had incorrectly listed my birth date and that of one friend, with the result that we were not able to log on to the lab page and retrieve our results. Natalie somehow understood that when we wrote our birth dates, the staff had mistaken the figure 4 for 9. How did she know that? As a result, we printed our results and flew without a problem. The rooms faced a quiet courtyard shielded from any street noise, with a spacious elevator that made luggage handling a breeze. The parking garage was a bonus (be sure to ask the hotel for the address of the garage entrance, which is on a different street). I do recommend the Chiffre enthusiastically.

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les principales attractions touristiques à pied. Notre chambre était très propre, calme avec une déco sympa un peu rétro. Les 2 personnes à l'accueil ont été charmantes, très professionnelles. Le petit déjeuner bien fourni et là aussi un bel accueil. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Hôtel idéalement situé au centre d’Albi. Propreté, confort , petit déjeuner copieux et complet, personnel sympathique et surtout très à l écoute des besoins de sa clientèle. À refaire sans hésitation.

Un peu déçu par la chambre, vieillot et elle ne fermait pas!!!! Heureusement que l'accueil était excellent. De bons restaurants et le musée Toulouse-Lautrec était SUPER!!! La cathédrale est EPOUSTOUFFLANTE!!!!!

L’accueil, l’accueil et l’accueil ! Mille mercis à l’équipe de femmes toujours au taquet et sourire aux lèvres, et surtout à Audrey pour son professionnalisme, son écoute, sa bienveillance, son aide précieuse et pas seulement concernant l’hôtel, sa réactivité et son merveilleux sourire ! L’hôtellerie est avant tout une affaire de rencontres humaines et Audrey fait partie de ces rencontres qu’on n’oubliera jamais et qui fait que l’on reviendra à cet hôtel rien que pour l’accueil chaleureux et l’efficacité toujours au rendez-vous !

Hôtel chaleureux, convivial ,propre, grâce à une équipe très accueillante. Nous remercions plus particulièrement Audrey la réceptionniste qui est une personne très sympathique. Cet hôtel est au centre d’Albi où nous pouvons faire tout à pied et laisser la voiture au parking de l’hôtel. Un petit déjeuner copieux qui varie chaque jour. Je recommande en particulier cet hôtel.

Hôtel en plein centre ville d’Albi, chambres propres, au calme nous concernant avec Clim, personnel très sympathique avec une mention particulière pour l’accueil d’Audrey et le gâteau au yaourt et agrumes du matin fait-maison ! Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour tout faire à pieds ensuite lors de notre week-end avec nos enfants.
