Hotel quiet and within easy walking distance of cathedral and Musee Toulouse-Lautrec. Spacious double room with bathroom and separate lavatory, all in good order and scrupulously clean. Fittings and furnishings of room and hotel simple, functional and attractive. Excellent and very ample breakfast. Management (husband and wife) and staff very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was an excellent choice in terms of location (very central) but as we found, the reasons for staying here just kept stacking up. The temperature for the time of year was ridiculously hot, so to find that the staff had turned on the room aircon well before our arrival was tremendous. Then more good news: we were given a voucher to reduce the cost of parking in the underground car park, which is literally just outside the hotel entrance. We foolishly didn't eat at the really good looking brasserie attached to the hotel (a terrible meal elsewhere as you'll see from my review), but we did have drinks in the late evening. It's a great place to sit and people watch. All in all, a very good hotel and we will be booking again for 2023.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We arrived on bikes and we were able to store them in a meeting room in the hotel which was very welcome. The room was OK, not outstanding, but I'd recommend the hotel due to its staff and location.

Hôtel ancien refait à neuf Chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable, mais manquant un peu de charme. Il aurait été mieux à l'occasion de la rénovation de remplacer par une douche la baignoire au fond glissant, dangereuse pour des personnes âgées plus très solides sur leurs jambes! On aurait aussi aimé trouver au moins une ou deux petites bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo plutôt qu'avoir à aller les acheter au bar, mais l'accueil est chaleureux, presque inattendu dans une ville aussi touristique, et l'emplacement parfait pour la visite de la ville. Le garage privé est à éviter par les propriétaires de voitures un peu encombrantes, mais il y a parking public souterrain juste en face.

hôtel situé place du Vigan , en centre d'Albi. Nous avons parcouru la ville dans son ensemble à pied très facilement depuis l'hôtel Celui-ci est un peu vieillot et très sombre le petit déjeuner est copieux mais classique hôtel qui possède un garage, super à Albi, par contre un peu compliqué à trouver.il faut un bon Gps

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans ce charmant hôtel en plein coeur d'Albi et nous en avons gardé un très bon souvenir, tant pour son Personnel très sympathique et professionnel, que pour l'hôtel lui-même. La première chose que nous avons apprécié, c'est le contact téléphonique, suivi par une confirmation de notre réservation par mail avec plan détaillé pour expliquer l'accès au garage privé en sous-sol de l'hôtel. Et tout le reste a suivi : accueil sympathique, belle chambre climatisée et spacieuse, très grande salle de bain aérée par 2 fenêtres. Et après une bonne nuit calme, un bon petit-déjeuner servi à table avec le sourire et tout ce qu'il faut pour bien se restaurer. Voilà ce qui fait qu'on garde un bon souvenir de cet endroit et nous n'hésitons pas à le recommander à ceux qui doivent passer quelques jours à Albi. Une seule petite suggestion : penser à installer des patères dans la salle de bain, ce sera parfait.

ホテルの場所は観光地区に隣接してとても便利。部屋の掃除や治安、スタッフもOK。レストランと同じ建物の1階(2nd fl.)がホテルで道路からの入口はわかりやすいが、階段を上がってのフロント、フロントから各部屋への廊下の設計がわかりにくい。特に、スーツケースを1階まで上げる場合のエレベーターは使いにくい。

Hôtel familial très bien placé à Albi, proche de tout ! Accueil très agréable. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Petit déjeuner servi et copieux. Un sans faute. Nous conseillons fortement. Parking à proximité sur la place et forfaitisé par l’hôtel. Merci à vous pour votre accueil, nous y avons été sensibles.
