The staffs are totally not helpful. They do not help moving your luggages up or down the stairs (4-5 stepd) at the entrance and inside the hotel (7-8 steps)
No smile at most timre. No checkin ticket for luggages storage, and warn us they do not responsible for and lost. Anyone can walk into the storage room and take whatever item they want. Totally no service...and we are told it is way to go at their. The reception woman was stern face with no smile throughout the conversation.
The breakfast manager, a older woman, also no smile and rude.

We are glad that we booked this hotel. The beach view was breathtaking and remarkable. Not to mention its excellent location where the old town cobbled street is just right in front of the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast where they offered great selections and indeed one of the best breakfasts we've tried in our Portugal trip. Hotel staff were mostly friendly, especially those in the restaurant, except for the housekeeping staff who refused to give us extra drinking water on the next morning even before we checked out.

The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located both on the beach and near wonderful restaurants and nite life. We felt very safe in Albufeira. To all staff and Jose, thank you!

It is a beautiful hotel with ocean front view, dining areas and swimming. The staff are very good, pleasant and helpful. I would return there again. The only negative comment I would share about the room is that they only give you 1 bottle of water in your room upon arrival and then you need to pay to have it replenished. Also, the lounge chairs are 10 Euros each per day and beach towels need to be rented as well.

The property itself looks like the photos, however the lack of facilities made it poor value for money, hotel states coffee machine however, you only get one coffee pod each for arrival along with one small bottle of water, and then have to purchase any more coffee pods that you want from them - this is a 4 star hotels and not cheap so you would expect better!! you also only get one tea bag each. No where on their website is there a picture of the indoor pool, we discovered it by accident after leaving the hotel and going through the downstairs restaurant/bar! This was small and uninviting - hence no photos! It didn’t even appear that this was attached to the hotel as you had to leave through the exit. Hotel shows beach beds and parasols that are owned and run by the hotel but don’t tell you that these are at a cost of €20 per day! Again not something you would expect from a 4* hotel, we were very disappointed by our stay having to pay for things that ‘appear’ to be included
