a nice and quiet place a very quiet place. easy parking. very nice staff. well located to visit Algarve.

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Portugal. Not only is this property, gorgeous, and well appointed. The view from the balcony to the ocean was amazing. The staff was fabulous and they give you welcome gifts when you arrive and make you just really feel at home.

The property was great but didn’t match our needs for one night accommodation - for example the pool was closed by the time we arrived and they had two pages of terms and conditions that we everyone had to sign upon arrival. These terms and conditions or pool closing time wasn’t disclosed. They would not let us into the room until all paperwork was done-in other hotels one person completes the paper work at the reception and the rest of the family can go to the room. The hotel is located in a party part of town and this should be disclosed - young people partying until 6 am.

Good central location hotel Good stay in a very good location. Everything you need for self catering. Many little supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. However, I found the food quality poor anywhere near the property, but it’s obviously not the hotels responsibility. Check in was fast and we even got to check in many hours earlier than expected, so this was so convenient and great as we travelled with kids and had many luggage’s. Staff is always very welcoming and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Downside is that none of the pools were heated. This was really disappointment as my little one was looking forward to some splash in the pool. If I will travel again with the family then I would Probably stay elsewhere due to freezing swimming pool. Please consider heating at least a baby pool!

Spacious and great view

We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home.
