Such polite staff and very helpful always smiling. Rooms are perfectly adequate and sizeable. The amenities are terrific with a fun and large pool area which is clean and gets lots of sun year round

Having stayed in MGM hotels for many years they offer quality and value for money staff is always very helpful and the rooms cleaned regularly with fresh towels. This year we stayed in room 103 facing the pool. One negative I found and I feel it's an easy fix sunbeds being reserved from 8.30 and 9.00 each morning people not using them all day went out and came back around 3.00pm to sit by the pool meaning many families including myself and others with young children was left without sunbeds whilst other guests felt it was ok to reserve beds all day or have a scene of entailment the hotel have a rule not to reserve sunbeds clearly displayed but don't enforce it I feel the hotel have a duty to enforce the rule or remove the sign. This causes so much frustration to many guests I spoke. Twice during the stay myself, wife and daughter give up our beds to a young family with a baby even though half the beds empty round the pool but all reserved. I would never see someone stuck or a baby have no shelter. Stop the sunbed wars ask a staff member to walk round and remove towels that's clearly not being used.

This hotel is great. Location is right next to the beach. The all inclusive was brilliant. Right next to the new town ***** if you like bars, clubs and restaurants. The hotel was so clean and my friend cut her toe open and they were great with that. Taxi ranks and tuck tucks outside. Never stayed at an all inclusive before but it’s defiantly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Very much worth it

This hotel could do with being upgraded. We stayed in a spacious apartment with its own kitchen & living room. The hotel is situated on a busy road in a good location. 1: A good size pool with plenty of sun beds, although people were putting towels out early in the morning. 2: We booked bed & breakfast, we could only access our breakfast at the 5* sister hotel which again was not 5* service or choice. 3: Uber is a very popular mode of transport and very reasonable priced. Excellent service. 4: The room is cleaned every other day. You can ask for clean towels in between times. 5: Plenty of restaurants to choose from the surrounding area. 6: The beach is about a 10 minute walk which is all downhill. Be mindful you have to also walk back. There is an opportunity to pay for a ride in a tuk tuk. This was a good opportunity for a 4 day break to Portugal. I would not stay here any longer.
