very bad! It was very different from the picture. The room we lived in was very similar to a simple room. There was no air conditioning and the room was very simple. The most important thing is that the attitude of the front desk is very bad. When checking out, they said they were busy and refused to issue an invoice. They said they would send an electronic version that day, but it still hasn't been sent after three days. Don't stay there. Picture 1 is what it looks like in the picture, and pictures 2 and 3 are the rooms we stayed in.

Heel vriendelijke service en heel vlotte ontvangst. Hotel ligt relatief goed om dingen te bezoeken. Wij verbleven er maar voor 1 nacht wegens doorreis en dat was voldoende. Wel heel warme kamer. Ontbijt vonden we ondermaats met weinig keuze.

Un verdadero timo.
Pagar 300€, a 150€ la noche para ir a ducharte y ver la bañera así. Alucinante! Es el hotel en el que más he pagado con diferencia y el de peor calidad. Ni una nevera mini-bar en la habitación, vistas a un patio, falta de limpieza…un horror y una forma de aprovecharse el hotel de la demanda de alojamiento ese fin de semana.

房間寬敞整潔，洗浴用品齊全！非常貼心服務的酒店，早上大堂經理來問我車牌號因為警察在拖酒店門口的車還好有驚無險不是我的車！因為他們知道警察在拖法國車牌並且我的車牌是法國的所以來問問是不是我的車被拖走了就麻煩了！為酒店的貼心服務點贊👍！

We did reserve this hotel for our motorcycle group because it has a very useful parking garage. I was afraid of the negative reviews but i give a straight "5" because the operators have improved and renovated most common spaces and rooms. They're not perfect, some details to be reviewed, like the safe which is not fixed to the wall and some other details, but the rooms are functional and very clean, and serviced every day. The breakfast is convenient for the price. Overall i was very positively surprised. Location is very good, easy to access and city center is in walking distance.

I walked out of a hotel I had booked which was just foul. I found Sansi Park on Booking dot com just 300 yards away. I couldn’t believe it. After a long hot day, a cool foyer and the warmest welcome you could hope for. Although I must have looked like a vagrant I was quickly sent up to my room which was clean and airy with a small balcony. After a great nights sleep, and their wonderful breakfast I was off again, refreshed and ready. On the way back I will park my car there as well. Great place to stay.

Hotel Sansi Park is in an excellent location and with a wonderful staff who were most helpful and very patient with my poor Spanish. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Some top class restaurants nearby. Room was clean and well presented with a very modern en-suite.

I have a health problem and need a bathtub on the room. I called the hotel and the nice lady confirmed that it would be available. I arrived a couple of hours later, parked in the underground lot and checked in, only to understand that these two lovely ladies at the reception were still working for me. Adorable and in the end I had my bath and could linger pain in my legs. The room was spacious, the bed nice. Location is OK, some 15 minutes walking to the center with the restaurants. Nice stay and value for money. Go there!
