"Stayed at the main building on the 4th floor at 402 the room itself with bedding quality was good. Staff should improve theirs English language level which is essential. Only Claudia from reception, Maria from restaurant and a couple of bartender at pool bar speaks English. If you are an English speaker you ll need to find them )) Apart of language barrier, they all are nice and friendly people. You feel like you are in a small community neighbourhood. During the stay Entertainment team (Animacion) never speaks English language which is really rude against British hotel guests, because i talked one of them and she speaks English well tbh. Whenever they anounce for an event they only talk/anounce in Spanish! The hotel management should warn them because we were total of 4 British citizen who stayed there and they never came even say hello. And "entertainment" is mostly focused for kids unfortunately. At least, we were expecting some shows at night time. Apart of that you can borrow pool/sea towels from reception against 10 Euros deposit per towel which is really Food was NOT repetitive during our stay, hotel feeded us every day with nice foods. For 3 stars hotel buffet we can't complain the buffet which was decent and fair. Good offer; 4 x bottled 5cl J&B whisky, 4x Bottled coke, 2 x 0.5 water and a pack of crisp only 25Euros! Decent size pool, not small as some other 3-4 stars Spanish hotels. sea is less than 30 seconds walk Annex building is newer and larger than main building room which all have large balconies, but main building rooms has no balcony unfortunately. So next time i am going to stay at annex building for sure! I believe entertainment staff could improved very quickly. Therefore this small issue did not impact my review score. Would we stay at Hotel Alcossebre again, the answer is "yes"!"

"Very good overall. Perfectly adequate apartment. Much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. Exceptional value for the price. Pro's- Grounds maintained immaculately, large pool, 5 mins walk to centre of town and large supermarket. Two balconies/terraces facing different directions. Very friendly service at check-in and out. Con's- Shower head holder and toaster need replacing. Possible lack of parking if the place was full. No actual allocated spot. Would return"

"The rooms are quite old, the bathroom isn't very nice. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, they don't know if they have soap, they don't have firmer pillows, and the beds are very small. There are no drawers in the room either. There's no TV in the suite, just a small one in the sitting area."

".They blasted loud music in the basement during their so-called "evening animation". Then you couldn't sleep before 11:30! It was clean, despite the kitchen being worn out. The pictures are misleading. This apartment does not have a washing machine. Overall disappointed."
