Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀

We booked this hotel for our anniversary, returning to nearby where we got married. Due to covid, we had to change the booking twice meaning that the prices had significantly gone up when we actually managed to holiday, and we ended up having to pay the difference without breakfast included (as it had been originally). Room was lovely. Location fantastic for local amenities and parking. Customer service was basically non existent. Super awkward check in and no one else on the desk ever said hello or smiled - don’t even think they looked up. The cleaner alone was friendly and did a great job on the room. I mirror what others have said in reviews about the security. We were told there were times no one would be at the desk and so the front door would be locked and we’d need the key to let ourselves in. We found the door left wide open when returning late at night. Not that I think there’s anything to worry about in the area but whilst the room was nice, it wasn’t anything special for how lacking this place is on every other front. It would take so little to elevate the experience here - a friendly greeting, a welcome drink, some information about amenities or local recommendations to help you settle in. Good luck to you, we won’t be returning or recommending I’m afraid.

Front desk lady was so rude twice. Parking is NOT included like their details say. And they should make it more clear there is no elevator.

Parking is not included like their site says. The front desk lady was so rude. They should state that there is no elevator as I have a bad knee. I was disappointed overall with the place. And there was a flea market in the center of town so I had to park way far away to get to the hotel.

Ideal structure to easily visit all the attractions offered by the characteristic city of Alcudia and its surroundings. The strength of the apartment is undoubtedly the location, in fact it is located in the center and within the pedestrian area. The building - very characteristic - is massive and aesthetically beautiful while the interiors are extremely comfortable and functional. Nothing is missing except for the elevator but for us it was not a problem, however it is better to know each other. The corner balcony overlooking the busy street is very nice. We enjoyed our stay which lasted five days. The breakfast - served in the adjacent and relaxing garden - was excellent and plentiful and excellent value for money. No problem for parking as it is widely available a few meters away for free.

A clean and modern interior in a beautiful old building in the old town. Very tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Shops, restaurants and public transport can be reached in a few minutes. The beach can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.

Very good hotel located in the heart of Alcudia. The staff is very kind. The rooms are nice. We had to take the boat at 7:00 am for France. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes by car from the port of Alcudia. The staff made us prepare a picnic for breakfast because we had to leave early. I really recommend this hotel. There are several free car parks less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
