Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed into during my trip in Norway! Wonderful room with a terrace viewing the city. Clean and confortabile (place with the best curtains keeping the sunlight out). Very good breakfast and helpful staff! Good position to walk around the city.

Sorry to say this but, this hotel has lived its days. It's in need of major renovations and better customer service training the staff! We stayed at the suite with a private balcony and yet we felt like we were staying at a rundown motel. The room was poor and dirty with outdated amenities. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Had to beg attitudinal to refill the trays yet some remained empty until the end of breakfast time. I had picked one of the spoons for yogurt and was utterly disappointed at the fact that it was dirty! Disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel especially for its price. I'll use my money elsewhere next time!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo x 3 notti . L'albergo e situato nel centro di alesund.molto bello come posto, la camera pulita con tutto cioe che serve , il personale molto gentile. La colazione molto ricca tipica norvegese...Consigliato

Unser Zimmer geht zum Innenhof mit Abluftleitung von der Küche direkt vor dem Fenster. Zimmer ist dunkel, abgenutzt und mit Wasserflecken an der Decke. Lieblos eingerichtet - keine Minibar/Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher. Ein Sessel, aber kein Couchtisch. Keine Weiterempfehlung!
