1. The hotel is in a good location, about a 10-minute walk from the seaside. There is a vegetable market in the alley on the right when you go out, with fruits, vegetables, and pastries! On the left hand side all the way to the beach is a small commodity street, selling everything! 2. I booked a king-size bed room and was given a double bed in the end. The overall room was quite large and even had a small balcony! 3. There are no disposable slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, but there are shower gel and shampoo (but they don’t look easy to use, so it is recommended to bring your own). There are also 3 towels, and the hair dryer can also be used normally! 4. Don’t rush to take a shower when you first move in. The water heater may have just started to boil water, and you need to wait until the water boiling light goes out before using it. I didn’t know it at first, but there was no hot water just after washing for a while, and I froze to death! 5. There are no quilts in this hotel, only two thick blankets are provided, the air conditioner is broken, and the safe is also broken (there are some with valuables and cash, it is best to carry them with you) 6. Without daily cleaning, it will look the same when I come back! 7. Rooms facing the street are very noisy! You can stay there from 7pm to 2am. If you are a light sleeper, it is best not to get a room facing the street.

Nice hotel, excellent location, the Kite Bay fortress is half an hour walk along the embankment. Responsive staff, the air conditioner in the room did not work for heating, they moved us to another room without any problems. We had good Wi-Fi. The breakfast is not bad, although the coffee is only instant (maybe, of course, we were unlucky, we only had breakfast once). The rooms overlooking the square are very noisy, they honk non-stop, but by 10-11 p.m. there are fewer cars and, accordingly, fewer horns. Surprisingly, it didn’t interfere with sleeping, but if you suddenly decide to rest during the day, you may not be able to) I would like some kind of glass in the bathroom for brushes) and duvet covers (blankets without them), although you could probably ask for extra sheets. Overall, just great for a couple of days, thank you!)

It was very clean and the room was spacious. It's facing the main street so it's not hard to find.

The room is spacious and bright, very clean and very cost-effective. There are really not many such clean hotels at this price in Egypt.

A nice hotel in Alexandria. It's old. It comes with breakfast, which is pretty good. The location is also very good, but it's a bit noisy outside.

The location was good and the breakfast was good. The market was right in front, so I explored the market a lot. There was also a fish market, so there was no need to travel far to see the place.

Floor is dirty alot of dust but staff is friendly helped me cary bags.service is awesome. There we police at entrance taking care of hotel. Breakfast does not come free hv to pay usd 5 to eat.

There were blood bugs and lice on the pillows, there was a lot of dust in the room, it was noisy downstairs, the facilities were old, the elevator was difficult to press, and the staff spoke very poor English. The location is barely ok.

I was check out 5 in the morning my Uber is waiting they check to my room everything is all right I understand it’s rules and one towel missing and receptionist check my luggage it’s okay his work and all look at me suspicious way to me they think I steal towel haha it’s really scary environment that young receptionist is really uneducated and unprofessional it’s been second time I booked this hotel an it’s the last for me I was really scare

Hotel location is good, close to sea side, walking distance, room service not bad.
