The service was good as the staff were always keen to help. The location is at a walking distance to the Gale beach. However, there were flying ants keeping coming into the room, although hotel helped us to clean up for once.

The room was clearly marked as a standard room with 2 single beds as written on the reservation. But when I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms available. I communicated with them for a long time and they didn't do anything. They told me to go find other people in the same group to change rooms. Other people's rooms had two beds and they were already moved in, and they didn't want to change. Finally, they told me that they had two options: 1. Change me to a smaller standard room, or I could pay more to change to a larger standard room. But then they didn't do anything. I was disgusted by the service of this hotel. It delayed me for more than an hour.
