Worst experience ever. Did not give any pillows on beds, was told to use couch cushions. No towels were provided even after multiple request. Had to shout at them to even get a extra bed. Staff was not helpful at all told me to talk to agoda or make my trip if I had a problem. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. There are better options just 10-20 meters away

Very Smelly bathroom and unhygienic not cleaned since more than a week.. No towel and glasses
.. utterly disappointed with staff and service..
They will keep asking “are you checking out”.
Please don’t for this hotel.

Have already gave detailed feedback / lodged complaint over phone regarding no facility provided by Hotel including basic water, cleaning, changing linen, providing towels etc

Room & Bathroom were not cleaned by hotel . Even the bedsheets and pillow covers were not cleaned but were soiled. Told them to change both which they did . Our room was booked with free breakfast but breakfast was not provided by the hotel Mr Amit was missing from reception during our stay at hotel . Will never recommend this hotel for stay

I couldn’t check in yesterday because of huge Jam while entering Prayagraj. Upon reaching today morning we asked them to lets us checkin the room for atleast 2 hours which they denied.

This hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were met with a complete lack of courtesy. No greeting, no welcome, just rude and dismissive staff. It was clear they couldn't care less about their guests. Things only got worse when we entered our room. The smell was absolutely disgusting – a damp, musty odor that permeated everything. The bedspread and sheets were not only dirty but also had numbers written all over them, which was just bizarre. And the bathroom? Don't even get me started. The exhaust fan was broken, making the already unpleasant space even more unbearable. To top it all off, we requested a towel, only to be told it was "sent for laundry." Seriously? I honestly have no idea how this place received a 3-star rating. It's beyond me. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere.
